Fünf Sterne, weil der gekaufte Hoodie wirklich toll aussieht, der Kontakt (per Mail) immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert funktionierte. Schade war die wirklich sehr lange Lieferzeit.

Really nice people behind the brand, quality products and offered me a 30% refund because the product was too small as well as me being able to keep the product because otherwise it would be sitting in their warehouse unsold.

Very good experience, took time but the result was superb

The quality is amazing. Thick, heavy, almost like a weighted hoodie. The inside feels so warm and the hood is the perfect size. This hoodie was meant to be for my boyfriend but upon trying it on I was immediately obsessed. The embroidery is beautiful and has so far received many compliments from those around me. It did take about 3 months to arrive but I realize that’s pretty standard when ordering clothing with actual embroidery. They included some brand stickers and a hand written note as well which is always nice. All in all, beyond happy with my purchase and very excited to see future projects and new pieces. Undoubtedly worth every penny.

J'ai été tout à fais satisfait de mon achat chez wofen. Malgré quelque difficultés à récupérer mon colis, l'équipe de wofen, m'a grandement et rapidement aidé, grace à un service client de qualité. Même si les délais de fabrication et de livraison peuvent sembler long, je vous recommande vivement de vous armer de patience car le résultat en vaut la peine !

I love the hoodie and it is in really good condition

Even though the wait was long, it was worth it. The quality is very good, I’ll elaborate:
The fabric is heavy and none of the stitches are very clean from both sides of the zipper. The double zipper and attention to detail is incredible.
The fit is also flattering: it feels like a heavy blanket wrapping around oneself. Soft and enjoyable.

Not only the product itself is awesome, but the support is personal and fast, offering elaborate and vast answers to every question. Also the package it came in included some small extras: a hand written letter, some stickers and a nice shopping bag. Small details that enhance the experience of unboxing immensely.

I am very happy about this product and am definitely forwarding this small brand.

EDIT: The zip up has finally been delivered! Because of the shipping delays I had kind of lost hope, but the quality exceeded my expectations. The zip up has a nice weight to it and the inside material is very comfortable and soft. The sizing is perfect, true to size. The package also came with a custom tote bag with an artwork similar to the one on the zip up and some stickers. I'm very satisfied despite the delays on shipping and I will definitely consider to buy from Wofen again in the future.

I pre-ordered a zip up late november 2025 which should have been delivered after 8 weeks. It has not shown up yet. Will update if it changes.
