I ordered a dress from Wofeel London. The dress arrived and was recognisably the item I ordered, but the quality was disappointing and I decided to return it within the advertised returns period.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to do so. The contact methods provided by the company do not work. The contact form fails to send messages, the phone number provided is invalid, and I have been unable to reach the company despite multiple attempts.

As a result, I have had to raise a dispute with my payment provider because I have been left with no working way to exercise the retailer's stated returns policy.

I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from this website carefully researches independent reviews first and pays with a payment method that offers buyer protection.

This od a pure sceam,this page must be close and scum who is involved must be punish. Thay are takeing money from people for due to false advertising, so the platform where they advertise ought to sanction them and country where this scamers operate must file criminal charges and confiscate all their assets.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! SCAM!! I ordered from the official website and within 10 days I received a package from China. The product had nothing in common with what I ordered. When placing the order, there was a message saying “free return within 30 days”, which was the main reason I ordered.
I requested the steps to follow for the return process, and I was told to send it back to China. I did not order clothes from China! I wrote to them again, and no one responds anymore.
I have lost my money, but at least I can report the website so it can be investigated, so that others do not go through what I went through.

This company is a total scam. Sent me an item that looked nothing like what I ordered online. Refused me a refund. Avoid at all cost awful people awful company

Wofeel hat am 5.2.2026 einen falschen Artikel geliefert.
Auf Anfrage nach dem Rücksendeschein, kostenlose Rücksendung falsch gelieferter Ware in AGB's garantiert, gab es keinen. Ich habe wochenlang versucht, diesen Rücksendeschein zu erhalten. Nichts!!
Die drohten mir letztendlich mit rechtlichen Schritten, einfach unglaublich!! Die sperrten sogar meine maidresse!!
Die kontaktdaten auf der Website stimmen auch nicht. Die Telefonnummer gibt es nicht und die Firma wird von China aus geführt.
Ich habe am 13.3.2026 die falsch gelieferte ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückgesendet.seitdem versuche ich mein Geld zurückzufordern. Erst wurde ich informiert, dass die Ware geprüft werden müsse, dann wurden meine Mails ignoriert!! Soviel zum kundenkontakt!! Seitdem schreibe ich fast täglich, wann ich mein Geld zurückbekommen incl. Rücksendekosten.

Ich gebe eine MINUS 10 bei der Bewertung ab!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I have to warn others about my experience with Wofeel.

I ordered a top which took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, it looked NOTHING like the photos on the website. The quality was extremely poor and it was completely unwearable.

I contacted the company to request a refund. Initially, they agreed (in writing) that I would receive a full refund within 10 business days and explicitly told me I did NOT need to return the item.

After waiting well beyond that timeframe and chasing multiple times, I still had no refund. Suddenly, their position changed. They then insisted I must return the item to Austria at my own expense before any refund would be issued - despite their website clearly stating that customers do NOT have to pay return shipping if the item is defective.

I provided photo evidence showing the item was completely different from what was advertised, but they refused to acknowledge this unless I paid to return it first.

Things escalated further when:

They began threatening legal action
They claimed I would “have problems” and “hear from their lawyer”
They attempted to pressure me regarding my Trustpilot review
They contradicted their own written policies and earlier emails

At one point, they even tried to condition the refund around my review, which is completely unacceptable.

This has been a frustrating and concerning experience:

False advertising
Changing refund terms after the fact
Ignoring their own returns policy
Aggressive and threatening communication

I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

If there was a minus 10 I would have chose. DO NOT USE this company the quality of the goods are terrible. Also be aware that the company is not based in London so when you have to return the item you have to pay international shipping costs to China which are expensive, of course the address in China isn’t held on the same page as the part saying the consumer has to pay the return costs very misleading. The email communication is shocking, how they address you when you bring up issues is so disrespectful, STAY AWAY.

This is one of the best stores always great deals.

Wir haben einen Pullover bestellt, der auf der Website mit einem bestickten Motiv beworben wurde. Geliefert wurde jedoch ein billiger Pullover „Made in China“ mit einfachem Druck statt der versprochenen Stickerei. Das Produkt entspricht weder der Beschreibung noch den dargestellten Bildern.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir den Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach China zurücksenden sollen. Die Rücksendekosten liegen nahezu auf Höhe des Warenwerts. Zusätzlich wurde eine unklare Rücksendeadresse ohne eindeutigen Firmennamen oder Ansprechpartner genannt.
Unter diesen Umständen ist eine faire Rückgabe praktisch nicht möglich. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
