I would recommend avoiding this company. They claim to have excellent customer service but that is a complete joke. They sent me two different bras to the ones I ordered and when I asked for a refund of the £40.00 I had spent they told me I would have to pay £15 to return the bras to China and in addition a fee of £7 admin before getting any refund. In addition the quality is poor.

I otdered 2 bras but they havent come. I csnt remember when I ordered them or find the name of the company on paypal so it looks like I will not receive them. If someone knows what name they actually trade under for me to look them up, I would love to know so I can chase them up. I do remember before they used evri for delivery which is not good as they just put them in the communal hall downstairs where I was lucky someone honest saw it and brought it to my door.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!...Quality absolutely aweful, thankfully my bank refunded me. Then the barrage of emails from this company started. Stupidly trusted pictures of items....Lesson learnt.

Absolute joke…do not buy. Only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Very poor quality product and when I contacted them to ask how to return and gain a full refund (as stated on website) they replied saying it was ‘too much hassle’ and offered a £2 refund instead. Don’t know how they can still trade …obviously an overseas company taking us for a ride!!

I bought 4 bras, hand washed each 4 times, air dried them, all according to instructions. After that, the bras started riding up over the bust. I could not anchor them, even with a tight fitting vest, rendering them completely unwearable. I contacted wmbra - admittedly not within the 30 days as they were fine within that time. They have replied quickly each time, offering a £30 credit, then suggesting I either hook the bra at the back with a paperclip, sew some elastic underneath the bust or attach some double sided adhesive material to stick to my skin! I asked for a refund, having spent £60, but their final email offers the £30 credit against a new purchase. Since they suggested themselves that maybe the tension has gone, I have no intention of buying from them again, so this is worthless.

No support whatsoever. It’s awful and the return policy is so difficult.

I ordered two bras for my elderly mother for £40 + postage.
Flimsy material, no support, nothing like the support described .
There was no return label or anything to identify the company.
I had had no email or text acknowledging my order previously either so absolutely no way to contact them.
I noticed this strange withdrawal from my bank account and not recognising this company reported it to my bank as a scam. Six weeks later I received contact from the company saying they would give my £5 for my trouble. I refused so now they are offering my half (£20) or I can return the bras to China - although they wouldn't recommend that because of the cost and items get lost!

These bras are absolute rubbish - flimsy material and very poorly made. Also, the advertised 100% money back guarantee does not work. After my first e-mail they offered a partial refund of £2 and a voucher code of £20; my second e-mail they offered a partial refund of £3 and a chance to re-order and only pay £6-99 shipping fee; my third e-mail they offered a refund of £4 and a voucher code of £20. My fourth and last e-mail I could have returned the items at a cost of £11-95 but they also offered a refund of £5. I accepted this because frankly, life is too short to mess about like this. This is obviously what they bank on. I am still £32-97 down on the deal but I have learned a valuable lesson.

I ordered a bra that was too big - my fault entirely.Their response was very prompt and polite. I was offered a very sensible and practical solution, too.

Awful company. Shoddy goods. Refunds are nonexistent. Steer clear.

Since my earlier comment about this firm they got back to me offering to send a return label if I would tell the, my reasons for returning the bras. This I did to see what would happen.Then in another email they said they do not send return labels and could offer me £3 and a £30 voucher code! I said why would anyone want a voucher to buy more shoddy goods. I also said that they must be making money hand over fist and that I would send a warning comment to Trust Pilot about their company.

Appalling service and shoddy business practices. The term 'cowboy firm' springs to mind.

Lovely silky fabric and lace detail, I recommend buying a size smaller than stated for a better fit. No bulges as the material keeps moving with you and smooths your body.
Don’t miss out on the deals they do and order today. Customer service is faultless as they respond very quickly and efficiently. My query was dealt with efficiently and the issue was resolved in a timely manner.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She bought 3 bras from Wmbra and when received they were extremely poor quality and not at all what she hoped for.
The company is based in China and dealing with them is a nightmare. Unfortunately my wife did not review this site prior to ordering and everything we have read subsequently is confirmed.
PLEASE Please do not buy anything from this sham company which sells such shoddy goods.
I don’t know why we as consumers are not protected from this company by the regulatory authorities.
RIP off Britain should and could run a programme on them alone. The company fight tooth and nail to not pay for the returned items.
If you see adverts do not be tempted, save your money.

If I could give this 0 I would. Paid nearly £31 for an absolute useless bra. What this company from china don't say is it's made from thin fabric and if you have a bigger cup size it doesnt even go anywhere near fitting even if picked right size. Supposed to be good for posture no way as these DONT FIT anyone out there thinking like me these would be a god send for comfort don't order. Getting any money back would be impossible and out of pocket in returning and costing me they don't tell you that. This company should be ashamed of themselves. DONT BUY. Truly disappointed and annoyed I didn't read the other reviews from the public before I ordered.

I ordered a set of 3 bras and followed the size guide. They were way to big. When requesting for a returns label I was advised I need to return the items to China which would incur high return costs. They advised to write the value of the parcel as £20.00 instead of £54.00 so its easy for them in custom clearance. I returned my goods on 23rd April and told by the courier I will need to wait until July. Ive chased for my refund and returns cost many times. Please remember within 90 days you can recall payment from your bank and once exceeds contact Citizens Advice Bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Courier will only refund £20.00. Im out of pocket by £64.35. Now they have said to contact the courier.

Bought a bra from here for my wife.
Unfortunately taken in by the blanket advertising on almost any news website you visit.
Bra was completely useless, sizing was completely wrong, quality is poor.
I have emailed them 3 times now asking for a refund/return and they have not responded.
I have now threatened legal action which I am prepared to carry through with a small claims!
If you buy from here you are opening yourself up to a world of pain and frustration.

This company will fleece you raw. They offer a 30 day money gack guarantee that is worth diddley squat. They will take your money, but when there is a problem they will make it as difficult to return as is possible. Then they will offer a voucher but only if you leave a 5* review, which you have to prove you have done. Then you will never hear from them again. Please PLEASE take notice of all the other bad reviews. They're not wrong but the 5* ones will be. I gave the bras to charity!

Not only did they respond to my query swiftly and courteously, the bras were as advertised - push up/ posture correcting/ comfy. These are very flattering bras.
I feel this company has had alot of negative reviews - I myself believed they were a scam company ( after purchasing via an advert, I read reviews and panicked and tried to stop the transaction)- I'm glad I didn't, these are the comfiest and flattering shape/ silhouette bras I have. They are so easy to slip on or pull up, no wrestling or fasteners to worry about. I will be purchasing more.
