Swift and Easy Repairs with Excellent Advice
The PC we brought in was fixed very quickly and for a great price too! Lenny is such a lovely gentleman who clearly knows his craft and can expain it an easy to understand way. I cannot recommend him enough if you need repairs for your PCs!

WM-tech offers a decent service
WM-tech offers a decent service, and Lenny is knowledgeable and professional. I had my computer repaired and some upgrades done at a reasonable price, which was appreciated. While the results met expectations, the turnaround time was a bit longer than anticipated. Overall, an acceptable experience, but there’s some room to make it more efficient and seamless. 3/5

Sorry if the turnaround wasn’t as prompt as you’d expected, always try to be transparent with just how long a particular problem will take. However, with the nature of computers, sometimes certain problems can take longer to diagnose and/or fix. Also some parts are harder to find, especially with older or rarer parts.
However, I always strive to turn around repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thanks for the feedback.
Macbook Pro Screen Repair
Checked in my macbook pro with Lenny and immediately knew I was in good hands.
Repair was very fairly priced for the work needing done, attempts were made to fix the issue rather than replace and was done quickly enough, with some parts issues that were out of Lenny's hands.
Had a previous nightmare with a repair shop and would go back to Lenny in a heartbeat given any issues now. Highly recommend.

Submitted three VHS tapes ( one which had developed mould!) for transfer to USB. Amazingly Lenny successfully transferred all three. A quick service, and very reasonably priced. This is the second time I have used this service, and would highly recommend.
