Great service and exactly the car we booked
We were very satisfied with the service, the car we received, and the pick-up and drop-off process. For the first time, we actually got the exact car we had reserved, not just a similar one. The terms were clear, and the insurance was well explained. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t need to use any of it. Highly recommended!

The staff is professional and easy to…
The staff is professional and easy to communicate with. I had a couple of competitions in Romania and needed to travel within the country.
I picked up the car in Cluj-Napoca and dropped it off at the Bucharest location. When I dropped of the car I was worried that I wasn't going to have time to order a cab to get to the airport. To my surprise, the staff offered to take me to the airport free of charge, as it is a service they provide for their customers. I picked up the car in Cluj, some 5 days after I've landed so I wasn't aware of it.
Overall a great experience.
I definitely recommend WLC as I'll rent again from them in the future.
