WKG Sports LTD Omdömen

Great product. Delivered promptly. Outstanding really.

Great service. Great equipment. I will happily use again when the need arises.

Item delivered the next day, quicker than I was ready to use it.

Really impressed with the service..I didn’t know what turbo trainer to buy for my husband’s bike.
The guy I spoke with on the help chat was really helpful, he told me which parts of the bike to photograph so he could look & advise on what was the best option. Package Arrived on time.
It’s a Christmas present so hasn’t been opened yet. I’ll let you know the verdict

After reading about the Bkool and Zycle history I decided that the Zycle ZPro has sufficient pedigree for what I was looking for in a first purchase of turbo trainer. Was very pleased with availability and fast delivery by WKG Sports, as well as getting some prompt advice from WKG's agent about the rear axle requirement. Got the Zycle mat to use the machine on a concrete garage floor and all good so far, including very quiet operation.

I am incredibly happy with the purchases that I made with WKG Sports. I made an enquiry which was answered promptly and professionally by the people there that worked through my requirements directly, When a minor problem with a certain item arose they immediately came up with a workable solution. I always felt that I as the customer was valued and my requirements were first and foremost, I will definitely be using WKG Sports again. Top draw, well done.

Another perfect delivery and experience when order from WKG.

Great service - great communication

Perfect Tyre for my Zycle Z Pro Trainer, thank you WKG sports

Good quality product delivered swiftly. No complaints.

Good quality cast iron kettlebell. Happy with purchase.

Excellent service, Pete was very helpful in helping me make a decision on a turbo trainer. Also very helpful in assisting with questions after purchase which shows its not all about getting the sale. Would recommend to anyone

Very impressed with the service online. Jon was available to chat and answer every question. Even tested the turbo on request and contacted me before delivery home. Delivery quick and zycle pro was easy to set up and the 3month Bkool subscription great.

Great delivery

Superb customer service. Jon went out of his way to keep me informed about product availability and searching out information. Prices were very competitive and I'd recommend this company.

Great service and really quick delivery. The Zycle is absolutely fantastic

Really good and friendly advice and correspondence. The Zycle pro smart trainer is VERY good in my opinion, it feels very realistic in the hills the only place it lacks is in the really steep hills where it loses its smoothness, but for the price I really have no reason to mark it down at all. It connected to the RGT cycling app so easily. Much better and easier to use and set up than the kurt kinetic which I also tried and sent back. Full marks!
