Been using the tape for over a year but have noticed a decline in quality. Glue is clearly cheaper and all the whole they are hiking the prices. Very disappointed.

They had discreet packaging on the outside, I got myself a 3XL Swim Binder, and I wear medium shirts with a 31/31 jeans size, it's comfortable and it's practical. I like the swim binders because they allow me to do a bit more manual labor outside while still being able to bind (only for 8 hours of course, take care of yourself you all). Overall I really like their binders, will be purchasing again but in more colors

Greedy company with a refund / exchange policy that is completely nonsensical and clearly just out to ensure you end up having to give them more money to get what you want (as there are very obvious, easy ways to make it fairer without costing the company anything but they instead chose to keep the refund policy very restrictive). Hardly the only company out there making binders so just shop elsewhere.

I've had two orders so far from them. Both okay. I'm happy with the CORE full length binders and the SWIM one I got last time is also very good. And they seem to be pretty durable: my first one I got from them lasted over an year and considering that, for most of its time, I wore it almost everyday, as it was the only binder I had, this says a lot.

Delivery time can take awhile but I understand since its coming from abroad. They also are the cheapest company selling binders that delivers here that I could find.

Their return and exchange policy is SO BAD! I did measurements and went by the size guide on their website and none of the 3 expensive binders I bought will work. They told me I could only exchange 2 and the shipping and exchange fees are crazy high! The return fee is crazy high, too! and it takes them 2 days to write me back every time I write them. TERRIBLE

They lie about their return policy. You cannot return anything. SUPER bad place.

I ordered two items online having done the measurements and followed instructions. I wanted these items to alleviate back pain and swaddle my frame. When the items did not fit the customer service person, Phia, informed me that I’d have to pay £7 shipping AND £11 per item (!) so £22 “return costs”. This is not inclusive for people on a budget who want to try items. I will donate them to Sussex Beacon.

I wish I could give them zero stars. So horrible. Zero customer service. I have emailed twice with no response, they have no phone number at all. Do not buy!!!! Totally my fault for not doing research before I made a purchase. $80 down the drain!

They have a banner advertising 30 day returns or exchanges and free shipping, but they charge HEFTY fees to either return or exchange their products.

The AGIL chest binder with front zip is WAY too short in the armpits for a reasonably sized human. The sizing runs way small, even for binders, and does not reflect their recommended size guide.

Shipping took way longer than advertised (took over three weeks to arrive when it should have taken 9 days). They don’t use a common carrier for the US, and the delivery is unreliable (they said it was out for delivery multiple days).

This product is ridiculous. It only fits small breasted individual. The side length is VERY short. Think the smallest "sports bra" a small chested person could get away with.

Waste of money.

The binders are lovely, but the company and customer service is unfortunately awful and predatory.

They charge £19 to just exchange if your size is wrong, and £10 per item just to return (and charge £6 return shipping, though they don’t actually pay for it anyway?) - both of which are illegal distance selling practices in the UK, and flag as unfair trading. Their 30-day-money-back-guarantee is a complete lie - you’ll only get just over half your money back.

Email responses take around 3 days, and the responses read like AI - repetitive and rarely actually acknowledging anything you say, no sincerity, empathy, or helpfulness. I gave up communicating with them and made a claim/dispute through paypal instead as I was just going around in circles trying to communicate with this company and didn’t feel like I was communicating with an actual human being.

They say they have a UK warehouse, but won’t give out the address - they force you to post returns abroad, costing you even more money, even though they also charge you for return shipping.

Basically, if you’re lucky enough to get the right sizes first time, you’ll probably be fine as the products themselves are really nice and seem well made and comfortable. But the sizing is a bit off and their size guide and recommender are not consistent with each other, so if you don’t fit firmly within a specific size bracket, you’re running a risk.

If you have any sizing issues, you’re basically screwed, which is a huge shame really because I would have been a regular customer if their customer service wasn’t literally the worst I’ve ever experienced and bordering on being a returns scam.
