I have several beautiful items from WNU, mainly bought online although I have visited the Elizabeth Street store where staff were delightful and am looking forward to seeing the Marylebone shop.
Today my queries about returning an item were swiftly and politely handled by Tessa and the replacement I've ordered is already on the way! Excellent all round.

I have long been a loyal costumer of the brand, now counting 9 shirts and a coat :-). I always receive compliments when wearing a WNU shirt.

Living in Denmark I have only recently been able to visit the stores while being on a vacation in London.

And it was such a lovely experience!

First in Belgravia, where Emelie was such a delight and really competent in terms of assisting with choosing between the fabrics, models and styling.

Secondly in Marylebone, equally a lovely visit, where Chloe was so sweet, competent and helpful.

I look forward to see what the future holds for this brand :-)

Fast and friendly customer service, beautiful great quality clothes!

I'm a regular WNU customer and love the quality and fit of WNU products. Recently experienced top customer service following a missing delivery; a replacement was sent swiftly and without hassle. Now an even bigger fan of this lovely company.

This was my first purchase from WNU and I can unreservedly recommend. The quality is excellent. Importantly for buying online (I really hate doing returns) the website description and photos are very accurate.
I received an email from the shipping company which mistakenly indicated the parcel had been delivered. WNU followed up promptly with a reassuring explanation and also made further contact a few days later to confirm the parcel had been delivered. I was impressed with their care.

It was my contact with Caitlin! Lovely lass and so helpful. As your website was not! I wished to return items for refund and was not able to do this!
Caitlin sent me the Return label.

Most of my wardrobe is WNU and I will continue being a loyal supporter of this brand. I love everything that they stand for - I, too, am sick of fast fashion producing poor quality clothes for too cheap prices. The quality of my shirts, trousers and skirts that I have from the brand are amazing - the materials are lovely too. All they need to do now is bring out a staple pair of denim jeans!

The customer service was excellent responding to my e mail to them within an hour and then sorting out my request such a pleasure to deal with them. I shall return.

I contacted the company as I couldn't find the exact item I wanted, I soon got a reply from Caitlin who knew the product and went ahead and made my purchase. A quality company who sells top quality clothes in my opinion.

I'm always a bit wary when I order something from a UK company as I'm based in Europe, but this was delivered so fast and the service was perfect. Great, high quality shirt. I will definitely order more.

Love the clothes, concept and style and quality. Had a small issue with a purchase and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the outcome. They have been easy to contact, responsive and taken ownership and it has been noticeably different to some larger retailers in this space, even at this price point.

The shirts are fantastic looking, made from absolute top quality material and a perfect fit. The customer service is unbelievably good too, my wife's lastest shirt came without the collar stiffeners and Caitlyn had replacements sent in the post immediately. What a company, my wife and I hope that they only get bigger.

Husband bought me a white boyfriend shirt at Christmas. It’s a nice enough shirt, but not of overly high quality and most annoyingly irons really poorly. I’m so disappointed in that aspect as a crisp white shirt looks lovely, whereas this looks like a much lesser quality shirt. It really doesn’t meet the price point.

The recent customer service at WNU has been outstanding. They have been incredibly responsive and helpful when a Royal Mail return parcel appeared to be lost. WNU said they would take on trying to find it and immediately refunded me for the shirts I was returning. Their online and phone customer service people have been wonderful.

Service was super. I was warmly welcomed and got every support needed.
The cloths are super nice and have a really good fit. There is as well a variety of different styles. I can highly recommend the store and the clothes!
