Awful company. Do not use. Stealing your shipping money, then sending it the free route. Might take a month to get to you. Horrible customer service. Avoid like the plague

Horrible taste, horrible customer service. Buyer beware

I purchased this product a few months ago, and I remember to write because I threw it in the garbage today unused. Don’t waste your money, they do not stand behind their product.

I ordered the steak shake and knew this product used stevia as the sweetener, to get the free shipping I decided to add on some electrolytes as I have been eyeing them as well. Come to find out they used Sucralose to sweeten those and I do not consume that sweetener. I requested an order cancel so that I could just reorder the protein powder that uses ingredients I trust. They did not cancel my order so i tried to set up a return for credit on a future order.

I was informed they do not do any returns under any circumstances and that they understand my concern. I then decided to try one of the drinks that I was now stuck with to see how bad the Sucralose is on my stomach only to find out it was expired by 6 months, I proceeded to email them back and ask for a refund again on this product as it’s expired by 6 months and they told me it was stated on the website and that I was not going to get a refund. Here is where it gets good. They reformulated the electrolyte drinks to now use stevia. A week after I ordered these and complained about the Sucralose. At no point did CS tell me they now have them without the Sucralose.

My advice for within me is to be more open to returns, especially if it’s an unopened package and I’m trying to return it right away due to a mistake in ordering. I really really wanna like this company, I feel they do have decent products. I wish they would look within themselves and do better with helping the people who are ordering their products

I've tried several ways to get the benefits from beef liver and other organ meats, but can't stand the taste. I decided to try this product, even though I think the name sounds disgusting. I order one chocolate and one chocolate coconut, but what I received was two chocolate coconut packages. I did something I knew I shouldn't do and that was first smelled it. I was actually pleasantly surprised that it did smell like chocolate coconut. It mixed up really well with water (with a little heavy whip) and it actually tasted very good. I drank a bit of it then mixed in frozen banana and peanut butter and was even better. I drank it at 8 a.m. and didn't have lunch until about 12:30 and at lunch time I wasn't really that hungry. It worked well as a meal replacement for me also. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased 2 bags of carnivore shake protein mix. I THOUGHT, I ordered 2 of the same shake, only different flavors. What I received was 2 different shake mixes. One carnivore, chocolate and one steak shake mix salted caramel. The carnivore shake is fabulous and I enjoy a scoop on my coffee every day. The other shake salted caramel , well, I can’t even smell the bag without the overwhelming fake chemical smell. I contacted the company and was only offers 15% discount code and no return or exchange. So I’m stuck with a $70 bag of protein shake mix I am not able to use. Sadly I felt the need to share my experience so others pay attention when they order.
