We continually loose internet. It can be down for a few minutes or several hours. Service never stays at the speed we pay for. If there was another internet provider where we live, I would change in a heartbeat.

Been a customer for several years and there service is phenomenal also we had to have some service work for storm repairs and the service techs did a first job. All around they get 5stars.

Install was great. When I called to get service, I was told I was able to receive the 25MB service. Technician said I will only get 1mb and put me in the 10mb plan. So with base store saying you will qualify for 25 and only get 1mb is ridiculous.

I have to reset my router minimum of twice a day. Every time I call the blame a network cable an refuse to fix it I’m canceling in a month once they finish running the new internet out my way.

Wisper representatives were friendly, courteous, & very knowledgeable about our update. We are pleased with the enhanced service. They did exactly what they said they would do & the results were exactly as they said it would be. We have been with Wisper from their start date in this area.

The issues have lessened greatly, but our Vimeo meeting still lag at times. We are considering purchasing a newer computer since your tech reported that everything on your end is working fine.
We appreciate your commitment to customer service and we are looking forward to being able to steam like we did with the old system, it just worked better for us.
But we will see!

the tech on the install put in a new router and modem and didnt change our computers to the new address for the router and none of our printers would work. They didn't give us the wifi password until I called and ask for it. We had to have our IT guy come out and fix all of our computers. The tech just said I don't know how to do that and then left us hanging!

The Wisper installer arrived early. He was quick to explain the entire process and gave an honest timeline for what he needed to do. He got in and got the job done in a timely manner and came to check if we had any questions and, he in turn answered all of our concerns right away. We've had the service for 2 weeks now and with the exception of one short (5 minutes) outage we have had flawless internet service. We are very pleased with our choice to switch to Wisper and dump Centurylink.

For the most part everything works good. I have been with this company before it was Wisper. When Wisper bought out Pixius our monthly bill was reduced approximately $20.00 We are able to stream what we like to watch - like Netflix, You tube , Roku , etc. There are times we have to reboot our system for some reason not sure why.
The other day we were notified by email the network would be down in our area and was given a way to track it through out the day.
We still have the original hardware that was installed when we were with Pixius.
Our location is SW Missouri.

We have had Whisper for years with no troubles!! We had troubles about 3 months ago, they were a little slow resolving the problem, but it got resolved satisfactorily. My only small problem is the monthly price, i think it is a bit high. Recommend them 100 percent!!

We have always been very satisfied with our service in the past. We seem to be losing internet a lot lately and I have heard several friends mention the same. I hope it is an issue you are working on and will soon have the issue resolved.
