I’m genuinely a fan of this activewear brand. It’s one of the most aesthetic and visually strong brands out there. I always receive compliments when I wear their pieces. I’ve placed around five orders already and will probably continue, simply because I love the overall look and identity.

That said, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Out of five orders, four were delivered to the wrong address. Each time I contacted support, the response came about a week later.

The last time I ordered a set, it appeared red on the website but arrived in a carrot orange shade. I couldn’t exchange it directly, even though the policy allows returns within 14 days. The only option was to return it, wait again, and place a new order, which meant another two weeks of delay. It creates unnecessary complications.

As a loyal customer, I’ve never received a birthday gesture, never an apology after spending almost two weeks trying to locate a misplaced package, and never any invitation to be part of their community. I regularly create content featuring their pieces, yet there’s been no engagement from their side.

So there are clear pros and cons. I would still order because the aesthetic is strong and the quality is generally good. I would just be extremely careful with color selection, especially if the shade isn’t clearly represented in photos. Some ultra thin fabrics look great but wear out faster. Their classic fabrics, however, perform well

Quality of material, the way it looks, the way it feels and fits are perfect, it is above and beyond my expectations. I fall in love with the top and leggings I ordered and I'm going to order more, probably a catsuit or dress with shorts.😊✨

WISKII active is so cute and feminine. I’ve purchased multiple pieces and I plan on purchasing more items. The fit is perfect. I’ve had a couple items that didn’t work for me, but looked great on others. The return process was very easy and smooth. They have an excellent customer service team if you ever have any questions.

Beautiful Designs, But Deeply Disappointing Customer Support

I genuinely love Wiskii’s designs. The aesthetic is elegant, feminine, and unique — which is why I spent nearly USD 5,000 in over a month.

Unfortunately, my experience with product quality and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I previously had a red set that developed severe pilling after being washed strictly according to the care instructions. It was replaced at the time, and I appreciated that resolution. However, the same issue has happened again with another item from Order #WIS136461 — significant pilling after just one wash, following the exact washing guidelines.

What concerns me even more is the handling of this matter. I first reported the defect on January 26. After weeks of follow-up emails, I received only two brief replies before communication stopped entirely. As of February 23, there has still been no clear resolution.

As a loyal customer who intended to continue supporting the brand, this lack of accountability and consistent quality control is very discouraging.

Wiskii has strong design appeal, but long-term brand trust depends on reliable product quality and responsive customer service. I sincerely hope the company improves in these areas.

Absolutely love their designs and quality! I have the pink scalloped set and a brown set, and always get compliments and questions on where I got them from, and it’s so comfy and flattering. Shipping was quick too, which is always a nice plus!

Great quality, beautiful design, moves well, everybody compliments my outfits when I wear wiskii. I only gave it 4 stars because it runs small and is very expensive to return and change sizes.

I loved my purchase the fabric is really soft and the cut of the active wear is really flattering. It looks really feminine and I got a really nice comment from people at the gym, loving my outfits. The delivery took about two weeks.

Wiskii is the best athleisure brand you can find. I love their material and was freely to move in the clothes while still looking cute.

While I truly enjoyed the first order, My most recent experience with Wiskii is a true nightmare. First, the description of the item was absolutely not accurate. Second, the quality of the item was disappointing. Third,, the return process is a whole quest. Finally, customer service is another challenge. I sent 7! emails within 2 weeks and still waiting for at least one to be answered.

The clothes besides been fashionable is really good high quality. The fabric is soft and suportive at the same time. Looks nice for sport dress or exercise. Good price for quality and design
