This service is a scam, it's just a cash grab. Avoid them at all costs.

Wishpond owns PersistIQ, so this is on them.

I signed a 3-month PersistIQ deal at $1,000/month, manual renewal only, NOT automatic. After my $3,000 for the three months, they charged my card twice more for months I never authorized. That's $2,000 taken with no consent.

The service was worthless too: one positive reply for the entire campaign. $5,000 total, nothing to show for it.

They stole my money and gave me nothing, and they won't respond to me. Wishpond, I want a response and a full refund of $5,000.

Do not give this company your card details.

Sadly, as in PersistIQ I have to leave a one star even though I "wish" I could leave a zero star. Buyer beware. After you read this review, find someone else to spend $1000 a month on. Their 2 "campaigns" were a complete waste of time and 99.9% of responders said "unsubscribe" or did not want a reply. Poor copy, even after asking to change the copy they said that they "made mistakes" so that the emails weren't flagged for spam.

Calling my banking institution tomorrow. They billed me a fourth month after saying they would not bill anymore.

Only go with this compnay PersistIq & Wishpond if you want to throw money out the window while driving 70MPH

Highly disappointed and now I get no responses from them.

I signed up with Wishpond expecting help with lead generation, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

After onboarding, the work never really got started. Weeks went by with very little progress, poor communication, and repeated delays. We spent a significant amount of time waiting for updates, but nothing meaningful was delivered, so we eventually decided to cancel the project.

The most frustrating part was being told that my subscription had been cancelled and that I would not be billed again. Despite that, my card was charged for another monthly subscription, which was extremely disappointing.

Overall, I paid for several months of service without receiving the work I expected. I hope Wishpond improves its communication, project management, and billing processes so other customers don't have a similar experience.

Unsolicited spam stating would generate leads. I’ve never interacted or requested their services or with any similar. Did some research and noted near verbatim emails sent to many other small business owners, including reviewers who had deep concerns regarding services.

Attempted to request a removal which resulted in several more of the same email sent as the first. No option found to report this scraping directly so opted to send to official channels outside of their domain. It is my recommendation that if you are reading this to consider the same.

I contracted Wishpond for a 3-month marketing campaign to run Instagram ads and capture leads for my small fiber arts business. While they did run the ads, the execution caused more problems than it solved.
They repeatedly published assets to my live site and ads without my approval. Quality problems persisted (incorrect content, non-functional elements, and mismatched creative), and the campaign failed to properly sync leads into my Shopify store or deliver the promised Plant-Based Fiber Guide. When I raised concern about the quality, I was told that mistakes are to be expected.
After paying roughly $700 (plus additional ad spend), I ended the relationship early because I no longer trusted them with my brand. Small business owners should proceed with caution.

Contracted these guys via Persist IQ their subsidiary to contact 2000 contacts a month, the list was to be agreed. They went and did 1500 not 2000, did 3 months without checking with us, contacted a whole lot of hopeless contacts, wouldn't fulfil the extra they had missed, closed my account and refused a refund. Stay away from these people, one step off scammers

Spammers. Depsite several requests to unsubscribe they keep on sending automated marketing - I'd hate to use them to do this to my customers, worst kind of lazy "marketing" that does more harm than good. Clichéd content of the emails. Zero effort.

We receive a spam email from wishpond.net roughly once a week trying to sell their online marketing services.
We've never interacted with this company previously and they just don't seem to get the message we're not interested.
