I’ve been caught out the same. I ordered on 6th Dec, it quickly showed as dispatched and then nothing. Iv written multiple emails, still nothing. Money was taken straight away but as of now I have no goods and no response from Wishpocket. Feel annoyed with myself for buying via Instagram, something I’ve never done before

As previous messages, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I ordered the nurses pen set, never arrived, never replied to my emails. Total scum!!

Ordered 2 rings 23/11 , email stated dispatched 1/12, initial tracking stated items in Spain, now tracking states with Evri since 13/12 , still not received ( they were xmas gifts) had one automated reply following my query, apologising for delay, now not replying. I have now contacted seller requesting a refund
30/12/22 update: seller not responding, payed by PayPal, now refunded within minutes of submitting complaint

This company is a disgrace. Have had my money for a month now with no goods and no way of getting to speak to them. Emails are just ignored. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen. If anyone is tempted to order from them, please don’t

I should put a zero star. My husband bought me a pair of gloves with owl for £25. THEY ARE CHEAP AND HORRIBLE. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING. My husband would like a full refund so the only way to contact is to email them. Nearly 90% of customers are very unhappy!!!’n

I ordered a set of nurse’s pens as a joke present for my daughter. They never arrived and emails I sent to enquire about my order have been ignored. AVOID this company. I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered

Still waiting for my order 1 month later. Customer Services don't reply to their emails when I ask where my order is.

Do Not Order from this Company!

Would give zero stars if possible, ordered mitts for a Xmas present, payment taken on 24th Nov but not arrived by Xmas. I chased via their feedback from 17days later to receive a standard response saying that due to demand they couldn’t guarantee despatch on day payment taken. Responded as this didn’t answer the question and chased again on 23rd Dec, received no reply to either follow up. On 24th Dec received an email from them saying they were getting the order ready and it was on its way. It also gave a Hermes tracker number which was invalid and seemed to be a link to an Italian postal service. Not convinced goods will ever arrive will never use this company again, absolutely dreadful customer service.

Just adding to the crap reviews. Ordered in early November for Christmas but still waiting with no reply to emails. This ad was on Facebook so hoped was legit but that is the last time I buy anything from a Facebook ad.

Ordered a ring its now been a month and still haven't received it. Emailed them 4 times asking for refund no response. Feels like it is a scam company. Will never use them again.

Had a panic after waiting a couple of weeks for mine to arrive, seeing the reviews and not having a response to email after realising shipping tracker didn't work, but today they arrived!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a present for my daughter for Christmas back in late November. Was told on their website that it would be sent within 5 working days. I was told it had been sent to the courier 3 weeks ago but still not arrived. No phone number to call, no human responses in emails or Facebook messages etc. Absolutely dreadful

I've deleted my original negative review, because my order arrived a couple of hours after I posted it & the bracelet is beautifully made. I thought I was being scammed so all I can say is, I hope you all get your orders soon, like I just have.

Like all the reviews I have now read!! To late for me. Haven't received my two rings for my granddaughters for Christmas! As everyone else has found, you can't get in touch, the tracking number doesn't work. Don't order anything. I am going to report this company. Not fair to people, we have enough problems at the moment without people like this. Discussed

The same as everyone else, haven’t received my items and had no response from the company. Have contacted my bank and also trading standards. Avoid. Complete scam 🤦‍♀️

Ordered 6th December still nothing! can't get in touch the tracking number takes you to the site to order!!!

Just wish i read reviews before ordering looks like i wont be getting my order scam scam scam never again im so angry
