I placed a order for toothpaste and they are saying it was delivered i still haven't received my order and I'm sick of trying to email them

Have had nothing but great buys and great service from Wishpocket. I would recommend it.

Items arrived damaged. Ignored any emails asking for a replacement, would not recommend this company to anybody there are plenty of companies that value your business.

All of my latest items come from Wishpocket! My friends and I ordered all new beautiful dresses from them. The place to shop for up to the second! We love you Wishpocket!

I ordered a hand held steamer in August! I still have no parcel. Its a big fat scam!! Dont do it people. I lost £51 and am gutted :(

Do not try to buy anything from this lot. I ordered car polish which has not been delivered. They don’t answer bad reviews and they don’t answer requests for a refund.😡

Ordered two magnetic trackers from their advert on Facebook when received and switched them on they would not connect to either Android or Apple devices.
Absolute waste of money
Have emailed them several times asking for a refund but not had a reply.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMERS!!!!

I have reluctantly given a one star simply to get this review completed, they really don’t deserve any stars. Order placed 9th August now 1st September no goods arrived. Several emails sent to them, no response what so ever. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I will attempt to contact the manufacturer of the products a I ordered and advise them they really should not let themselves be connected to this outfit. BE WARNED

I feel that I may have been scammed. The tracking doesn’t work and I feel I have lost my money. Also their FB page, although still visible, doesn’t seem to have any posts. I bought my items via a FB advert. People should be very wary, I wish I had checked Trustpilot before giving them my money.

I ordered wish pockets in April 24 they arrived the end of May
What I ordered had no relevance to what I received. I put in a complaint asking for the correct pockets to be sent. I was told I had to pay postage for the return. Emails have been going back and forward offering a discount of 30% if I reorder. Never ever order from them the service is disgraceful

I saw an advert on facebook for key rings. I ordered a key ring for my granddaughter with the initial S through Paypal. I received a keyring for a grandson with initial A. I complained to the company who turned out to beYCITECH. They offered a 50% refund. I took out a dispute with paypal and received a full refund. Absolutely rubbish company. I will never buy anything advertised on Facebook again and always buy things through Paypal they are a great company

I wish I had read reviews first. Ordered the pressed flower bookmarks they show in their video adverts to do with my grandchildren. Instead of peel back bookmark pockets I got tiny roundish single thickness ( no peel back to put flowers in) clear plastic shapes, some which say rum on the front! I don't even know what they are for!! Trued contacting but no response! Avoid!!!!!
