I asked Winred to give me a refund of $25, which I made by mistake. They ignored my request for the refund in all three emails that I sent them. Now they won't let me sign in to my account anymore. I tried to reset my password so I could make a new password to sign in, so I could cancel my account with them, but they would not let me do that either. Don't trust these people. Make your donations to the people you want to give to directly, or don't give anything at all. They will not make a mistake right, even a minute after it was made. If I remember correctly, this happened on 10-10-2025.

People cannot donate. It’s blocking out some people. I don’t know what the error is because I have personally walked them through the process.

Great organization

Absolutely hate WinRed and it’s begging philosophy platform. Way too many emails and begging approach. Will no longer use and will block as best I can. Ok for info on surveys but tying it to a giving campaign is just not right. Will avoid in the future.

My experience was not a 'one instant encounter'. Although, the initial contact probably is what made the experience on going. I felt seriously listened to and possibly a little encouragement to expand on my comments. However, in one instance I was chided by a different emkployee for not responding quickly. I did directly tell this person I was not an employee but a volunteer. The person did a 180 degree turn in all future contact. So, I would say it was personal interest, time (no feeling rushed), and encouragement.

I used Winred.com in August to make a small donation to a Republican candidate. What is infuriating is they take your information (you have to provide it in order to donate) and then give it to other candidates (they probably sell it). Then they hammer you with text messages (e.g. as many as 20 to 25 per day) begging donations for other candidates - I did not sign up for this, but you can bet I will never use WinRed.com to make any future donations. I hope someone in the Republican party gets the fact no one likes being harassed & it will turn people off from donating in the future. Very dumb guys.....

Illegal harassing texts and phone calls by spammers for political campaigns despite multiple affirmative requests to cease as well as being listed on the FCC do not solicit list. Multiple violations of consumer protection laws and no response from the company.

Sleazy spam messaging company that is associated with the sleazy founder’s payment processing company. They will text you non-stop from an unlimited bank of anonymous phone numbers, typically begging for money. They use very concerning, alarmist language, and they are very vague in their messaging. It may seem like they are trying to mislead seniors.

WINRED is a really, really, really sleazy organization and should be avoided. Once they have your phone number they share it with just about anyone and you will literally get daily text messages from GOP politicians from everywhere. I have asked WINRED on MULTIPLE occassions to remove my phone number from their files but again they are sleazy and will not honor my directive. STAY AWAY!

Nothing but scammers and spammers at WinRed. I receive constant emails from victoryredpatriot.com that links me to WinRed. I never signed up and have unsubscribe a dozen times.

Sent me an unsolicited text asking me to fill out a "survey". It's a scam; you have to make a donation to submit!

The team at WinRed is highly professional and punctual in terms of responsiveness. I appreciated their addressing my inquiries, and they went beyond in resolving my account requests. Thank you!

Winred has been amzing to work with over the last year. They are very fast in helping with any problems and getting them taken care of. They have been very helpful on things that need help with.
