the food was honestly terrible I ordered it right now and, im missing my ranch sauces the food was leaking to top it off the sauce on the strip look like it was just slapped on there? this is honestly disgusting.

I ordered via deliveroo. Didn't get what I ordered. And it's not like they mixed up my order with someone else's. Not sure what they were doing when they prepared it but it was like they decided to stop halfway and not add any of the sauces to the tenders or the fries. Got plain of everything instead. Not what I paid for.
Don't bother buying from here. Second time they have messed up an order so clearly not a one off!

Cold food, small portions. Loaded fries were not that, they were fries that had been licked by a sauce bottle lid at best. Burger looks like something our 7 year old would make in Food Tech. Their sauce is lovely, give them that. But we didn't pay £30 for sauce.

Ordered via uber eats from Wingdrop Ipswich. 20-40 minute delivery window. Called by restaurant after 50 minutes to confirm house number and told driver now leaving (10 minute drive away). An hour later and still no food. Called again to be told 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes pass to be told 10 minutes. Requested to cancel order and told they'll do it when they get time as they've got lots of orders to do. Requested call back once actioned. Never heard a thing.

Terrible! Compete rip off. The picture on the website are NOTHING like what you receive. Looks like they just picked up some plain tenders showed it the bbq sauce and threw in a box. Absolutely do not recommend - the pics I have are actually hilarious !

Order from here because it said it would be 15 min, I placed the most simple order possible got accepted then said it would be delivered between 20 min and 50 min I waited over an hour and 40 minutes the food never turned up, said it was accepted, then prepared then en route. Never turned up wasted my time and money waiting about avoid this place.

wings taste chickeny and low quality. service takes incredibly long and had to wait 2 hours once for delivery. chicken burgers are inconsistent as they used to use delicious chicken breast and switched to low quality microwaveable chicken patty. burger bun soggy. fries are really good. forgot to give churro sauce.

Basingstoke branch. Ordered through uber eats for a simple burger and fries. Estimated 23 minute delivery window however by the time the food was delivered it was almost two hours later than expected and to add insult to injury the food was stone cold. Had a printed receipt attached showing the meal had been prepared and bagged up over an hour prior which means it just sat there with no thought or attention from the restaurant to ensure the food was kept hot prior to delivery. Don’t order from these clowns and I really wouldn’t recommend uber eats either. Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling experience with WingDrop - Farnham Town.

I ordered through Just Eat on 18 March 2026 at 6:15pm, order no. 814224310, and was quoted 20–35 minutes for delivery. The food did not arrive until 7:45pm, over 90 minutes later. That is not a minor delay. That is a complete failure of service.

By the time the order finally turned up, the food was cold, which strongly suggests it had been sitting around for a considerable time before delivery. After such an excessive wait, receiving cold food was the final insult.

This completely disrupted my evening and caused me to miss an event I had planned around the original delivery estimate. Customers place orders in good faith based on the times given. When those times are so wildly inaccurate and the food then arrives cold, it shows a serious lack of care and a serious lack of basic standards.

WingDrop - Farnham Town needs to take responsibility for the quality and condition of the food leaving the premises. If food is arriving cold after a huge delay, something is clearly going badly wrong in the preparation, handover, or overall coordination process.

Customers are the people who generate the profits that keep businesses running. Without customers, there is no business. That is why this level of poor service is so unacceptable. Paying customers should not be left waiting over 90 minutes only to receive cold food.

Based on this experience, I would not order from WingDrop - Farnham Town again.

I’ve ordered multiple times from the Colchester branch, i’m baffled by the negative reviews as each time it’s been lovely. Would definitely recommend the hot honey tenders, the chip portion is huge and churros are amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough

Unreal service unreal food!

Ordered from hastings and absolute dog shit, loaded fries was fries with a bit source, bayou fries just had some Italian seasoning. Wings was dry and and saurce was tasteless. We paid £40 this meal was barely worth £7. We wont be ordering again

I've ordered a couple times from Barnet and it's actually pretty good, cant compare to wingstop or anything but still great. Looked up reviews out of curiosity and was kinda surprised at the negative reviews from the other branches, its a pity

After I ordered I looked at the reviews and was worried, when the food arrived I was really happy, it was cheap and lovely I would use again
