Window Nation installed a very large…
Window Nation installed a very large picture widow with two smaller widows on 06-19-26. Within days of the install, I started calling my salesman, Larry and his manager, Hilet. Both windows started having condensation on both the inside and outside panels. They do not respond back to text messages or emails. They finally sent a technician, Mike to my house last week, he looked at the windows at said the seals were defective and that the window would have to be replaced. Once the window was installed, I hired a carpenter to finish the sheetrock, tape, prime and paint the entire wall. Now I’m told by the technician Mike that it will take three months to build a new window and then they will contact me for an install date. I really don’t want to hire the carpenter to redo the work that he did in June. I had Renewal by Anderson come to my residence to look at the window that Window Nation installed. He stated the window was made with inferior/cheap materials including the glass and that there was no E Gas between the panels which was causing the condensation. Renewal by Anderson gave me a quote to replace the window and it was only. a few hundred dollars more then the price from Window Nation. I would never again call Window Nation and strongly suggest anyone looking to purchase a window to stay away from Window Nation

We are truly sorry to hear about your extremely disappointing experience with your recent window installation. We understand your frustration regarding the condensation issues and the lack of responsiveness from our team members. It is concerning to learn that the seals were defective and that the window will require replacement, especially after you invested in additional carpentry work. We also regret that you received a concerning assessment from another company. We are committed to reviewing our processes to prevent such issues in the future and are genuinely sorry that your project did not meet your expectations.
