The guys that came to install were great. Answered questions, very polite and cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy before they left.
I didn't realize the glass would be a bit smaller with the casing around it, but the previous windows has no casings.. but no big deal. The IV protection will be great in the summer keeping the heat of the sun out. Thanks to everyone at Window Nation.

Poor quality
Original front windows had broken seals(4) windows. Took 2 months for replacement, of which 1 was broken. Took another 2 months and the final window was also broken. I have already re-arranged my work schedule for these replacements and feel some compensation is owed to me for my time.

Top notch company
The entire process was great. Our sales rep was easy to talk to, and he wasn't pushy. The presentation was very effective, and the cost of our project fell witin the budget we planned. It was so easy to communicate with the company. We were kept apprised of the progress in manufacturing our windows and when they would be delivered. It was easy to set an appointment time.
