Window Nation - Maryland & DC Omdömen 

The customer service has been horrible at responding to and communicating with me. My issue is simply one piece of exterior window frame cladding fell off. It took over two weeks from my first contact for someone to come out. He didn't have a ladder tall enough (although I had said it was on the third floor), but told me it was like a five minute fix and the service people would call to set up an appointment. I have YET to have anyone contact me about setting up an appointment. The central Window Nation number has called me a couple times saying they would have the regional service people contact me about coming out, but I have yet to hear from them. In the meantime we have had a heavy downpour and now a snowstorm. Through this, my window frame remains exposed and unprotected. I understand that the holidays and a major snow storm have occurred during this timeframe, yet to not have ANYONE even try to set up an appointment with me is frustrating. Especially since I HAD to pay a $150 service fee for anyone to even come out. And I had to pay that in advance. At this point I feel scammed out of $150 and the one guy took the actual window frame piece with him. I just want someone to come out and put the piece back up. I don't even need a set appointment and I don't need to be home. In fact, I am not really in the mood to talk to anyone from Window Nation anymore because I probably won't be polite.

The workmanship was excellent. The workers were prompt and completed all the work in one day.

The representatives where nice and the windows look nice but the quality is subpar due to the volume of sound that travels through their double pane windows. I live 25miles from BWI and never had an issue with the sound of planes flying over my house but even since replacing my single pane windows for window connections double pane windows, I'm constantly getting woken up on the middle the night to the sound of planes. I'm not sure if the cold has anything to do with it but I wish I kept my old windows instead of paying all this money to window connections just to be woken up in the middle of almost every night.

From the knowledge of the salesman, Jim, we spoke with, to the professional, courteous, and punctual installers, everything was great. We've already received compliments from a neighbor. Joe answered questions, was patient with our changes, and was very knowledgeable. His suggestions were also warranted. The installers used drop cloths and plastic to cover furniture and floors. They answered questions along the way, demonstrated how to operate the windows, and cleaned up after the project was finished.
The only hiccup was getting in touch with the local branch to reschedule...but Joe was able to help. Kudos to Window Nation. We even got a cruise out of the deal.

The installer that came were professional on time cleaned up everything very professional

Did not receive good customer service attitude from technician who came out to check my complaint about cold air from den and bathroom windows.

From my sales professional Logan L. who was very knowledgeable and professional to Sheila with HOA to the installation team who were timely and respectful of property I give window nation 10/10. Cost beats the competition without compromising on quality.

Our slider door handle is not ergonomically correct. We did not realize there could be an issue with a sliding door handle. This was our 2nd job - we had 19 windows installed. On the slider door install date, we immediately alerted installers there was a problem and they reported. A technician came to look at it, took pictures and agreed there was a problem. I was told a part was being ordered, which we assumed would be a longer lock flip switch. Same technician returned without a part and we were told he would escalate. Months later and we are using a dish towel to pull our slider door open.

Never using them again. Poor customer service and poor workmanship.

The crew was great and when they hit an issue was able to pivot and come back the next day to finish for a beautiful result.

Door is beautiful! The installers did not guide me through the keys functioning or how to set up combination lick. The bottom lock is non functioning..Waiting for word from service department! This could had been avoided if workers would have checked that keys and locks were working before they took off!

Window Nation is an outstanding company. While the pricing may be higher than some alternatives, you truly get what you pay for, and they offer helpful programs to accommodate different payment needs. Logan was exceptional—he promptly answered all of my calls and addressed every concern. The installation team was equally impressive; they did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

The experience was good. The Installers were here within the arrival time given. They were efficient, prepared with supplies to protect my property (carpet). They were very knowledgeable when asked questions. They were polite/professional installers. There were 2 instead of 3 like presented to me initially, but they worked like 3 people were here. Everything went well except for when i went to all the rooms and discovered that after the job was "completed" first, my window blinds were not rehung like I was told the window coverings would be, and second, my wallpaper in one of my bedrooms got ripped on the wall then third, one of the screens did not come and I was told it would be scheduled with you to get it delivered and installed. I was very pleased with the clean up that was done. The guys were very helpful in cutting all the lights off and cleaning up after the drop clothes were pulled up. I was sympathetic to them because it was so cold out but they endured and did what had to be done. I'm very satisfied with Nation Window's installers and the product but dissapointed that my blinds were not rehung and my wallpaper got ripped. 😕 Overall, thank you Nation Windows for a good job! (Bring my screen please.)

Installers were pleasant and professional. The finished product was better than I expected. Installers replaced 5 windows 4 on the second floor and 1 on the first floor. There is no cold air leakage around the inside of the windows, and the outside trim looks great.

Well, I'm looking forward to Window Nation resolving my new leaky window installation issues. If they can resolve these issues, most likely, I'll be happy to provide a better response than what I'm providing now in the future.

Everything turns out great. I did want full windows screens and not halfway. Waiting for a appointment to schedule for the screens.

The only problem I had with windows nation is that I could never get a call back in accepting the gift card for my second project. I just kelp getting transferred to different apartments and no results.

Salesman understood and met our needs, windows were produced and installed timely. The install crew was diligent in working to get the job complete, were polite and respectful while in our home and company. Very satisfied with craftsmanship of install on the outside of the home as well as inside. They look and feel great!
