Window Nation is professional, good rates, good work and very good people to work with.

Great installation job. Windows look great. Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was that the windows had paper stickers which didn’t peal off clean.

Everyone was very helpful starting with the salesman Josh, Matt the person measuring the windows and the persons who installed the windows!

On time…efficient…cleaned up…very satisfied!

Great customer service! I accidentally broke a window and Window Nation handled the replacement very quickly. When the technician came to install the replacement, he was very pleasant, quickly installed the replacement, then asked if there were any other windows that may need to be checked.

Everything was fine. Communication, scheduling, installation. We are missing a screen and have a one off issue but its being taken care of.
So far, really enjoying the windows.

The process was smooth from beginning to end. I was kept informed about my order throughout. The installation was profesional and quick. At various stages of install, I was asked if I wanted to inspect the work. The house and yard were protected and cleaned. The installer reviewed the project and operation of the windows.

Jericho and his install team were great. Highly recommend having his team install your windows.

Had nothing but good to say in the beginning but now the fun begins. They came out a week and a half ago could not finish. My job. Told me they’d be back the next day never showed up or called. I called six days later due to a holiday weekend And was told that the technicians were not allowed to say anything like that but we checked that was said. Had to do with something about bad caulking in your warehouse received a call from representative to reschedule was told that they would be here between three and five on the day of this review and was told by a representative that if they could not find any good caulking, she would call and let me know as I have to schedule around my work and also my wife’s work to be here. I received a call at 2:55 which was five minutes before the start time of their scheduled arrival of between three and five to say they were not coming. This is getting a little ridiculous..

Both experiences I have had with WN have been great! The service team was efficient, timely and respectful of my time!

Door has leaked for one year. Last about 8th employee decided, after 1 year, the door was not closed all the way Me - just replace door with different style or something stop leak. Company then works with secondary about reimbursement or whatever. Not me waiting for an agreement between primary and secondary on cause

Had a minor glitch with the wrong trim being sent with the material and the wrong color grids in two windows. Minor issues that were addressed. Installers were professional and efficient. They covered everything and cleaned up everything and we are very pleased with the job done.

Love the lifetime warranty. Price was still kinda high for 3 windows. They were customized and look nice. It cost 5k. If you want to cancel make sure it's within the 3 days or else they want you to pay 60%

From the sales consultation straight through to the installation and follow-up, EVERYTHING was seamless....If I had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately! I am a big stickler for prompt customer service. This was a significant investment on a retiree's budget but, I believe it is money well spent. The installers did an AWESOME job!

WindowNation is very professional and knowledgeable of their product. No price gouging or gimmicks. They are for the customers best interests and offer whats needed.

The installation crew that came out was great! They got my 12 windows replaced in about 5 hours and did an excellent job. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up everything before they left. My entire experience with Window Nation has been exceptional!

From first contacting window company, received very quick response, and was able to schedule a quote with salesperson. Company continued to update by email or text message with status of installation date. I was able to contact installer department to schedule a date that I would be available. Greatly appreciate this! Installation day was wonderful - due to installers within timeline window, explained the process before starting, and agreed to complete one room first, so that my dogs would be comfortable. As they completed installing the first window, they asked me if I would like to observe. They completed all installed replacement windows in the time frame that they had given to me. They also took time out to clean up any mess from review old and installing new windows. Plus, they worked me thru - opening, closing, locking, all parts of windows, screens. At this point I am very pleased with the windows and service.
