Window Nation - Charlotte Omdömen 

From start to finish everyone connected with Window Nation was very knowledgeable. From the sales representative ( John ) to the gentleman measuring our old windows ( Darien ) to the installation crew were very knowledgeable and efficient!!!

The windows are beautiful. The only bad thing that happened was that they left a window open and one of my cats got out. Luckily I needed a break and walked outside!

A few things the salesman did not highlight.
1) I thought I was getting 23 full window replacements. however they only removed the glass and glass frames not the full window frame. Then they installed the new frame in the existing frame. loosing about 2" on all sides of the windows.
2) the biggest issue is I had a color exterior. What the salesman failed to highlight is that the visible tracks on the exterior are not painted. So now I have dark exterior windows with a big visible white strip. If you do not want the ugly whit strip, get all white windows or go with a company that infuses the color into the frame not just a simple paint job.
3) I opted for full screens. The screens are designed to be pinched in the middle to remove them, however, the majority of the screens do not have enough bounce back in the frame to fully sit in the window tracks. This leads to loose and wavy looking screens. Maybe the half screen are better but the full screens give it a cheap, unprofessional look

This was the second time I brought my home improvements to you. The second time didn't let me
down.

This was my second customer service and concern about the insulation of my windows. The person came back and showed me how to lock four windows. I was able to lock two, and then he proceeded to clean the windows that they first installers or second install did not do and I really do appreciate that.

Window Nation made the process easy. It was affordable and the Quality is Outstanding! The Install Team was very professional and courteous. They even put on shoe covers when coming in the house which is Very Important to my wife. Fantastic Job!

The windows are excellent. Did not know the outside could look so good. The individuals involved in our getting the winds were superior. The installers did an excellent job. Any questions were answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows.

The process to start was very good and professional. They came twice to measure.
There was an issue the agreed upon day of installation where I received a call of cancellation 10 minutes before the time. I couldn’t believe no one could install my windows with one man out?! So in dealing with the manager Brian- he was GREAT. However, the district manager, Glen, was a very mean and made us feel like we were a bother. I was inconvenienced and Glen was bothered! I would say he was the worst part of this whole process. I’m 85 years old and never was dismissed or shrugged off or made to feel like I was bothering a paid vendor in my life. Per the contract, if I cancelled less than 24 hours, I would have been fined $350. I should have been given $350 for them cancelling. Glen was horrible to deal with. The crew that came was great, professional and clean. If I didn’t have to deal with Glen, I would give the process 10 stars. Get rid of Glen- horrible elderly people skills. Very abusive I would say.

Peter was great and very knowledgeable. He knew his product and sold it well. We were very impressed with both him and the window quality and the price was surprisingly competitive. He continued to communicate with us throughout the process and we always felt free to go to him with any questions or concerns. The installation team was wonderful and did a great job despite bad weather. They even helped pitch in with our unruly kittens when they went missing. The windows look great and I highly recommend this company!

This was such a wonderful experience. The price was right. The installers were on time and after installation, you couldn’t even tell they had been here. Wonderful customer service and an overall excellent experience.

The installation team manager texted me and stated he was on the way. Team members were courteous and professional. Cleaned up everything and were very efficient. I’m very happy with their work.
