They started out seeming efficient with their automated Whatsapp responses and they even made a quick appointment which seemed impressive, but after a real person (Rehan) looked at my photos they said my window gaskets were too old and they didn’t have any. I think my job was too small for them and they couldn’t be bothered to order the right gasket, if they didn’t really have it. Extremely disappointing.
I contacted this company to ask whether they could repair two tilt-and-turn windows and replace four handles. I also asked for a clear price breakdown and whether they could attend the following day.
The communication was disappointing and unclear. When I asked for the cost of the requested work, I was simply told, “What you are asking is not possible,” without any explanation. I had to ask whether this meant they could not repair the windows, and only then did they confirm, “Yes, sorry we can’t fix your windows.”
It would have been more professional to explain this clearly from the beginning and, if possible, recommend a suitable alternative or specialist. Based on my experience, I would not use this company.
