Windmill Motors were fantastic from the get go. We did have a few issues and hiccups but Kevin, Ibby and Sam were fantastic. They answered all my concerns about the vehicle and did a full inspection of the vehicle before purchasing. Everyone was brilliant and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. The whole service from start to finish was brilliant. Thank you so much!!

Had our car around 4 months now and are very pleased with it. The garage did an MOT and service before we collected and it was cleaned very well. Will return when looking for a new car for the Mrs.

I was a little anxious due to previous bad experiences with other dealerships but I can honestly say it's been a pleasure during business with Windmill. They work to a high standard, aren't pushy and are genuine! Thank you!!!!Definitely recommended!!!

Our first contact with Windmill Motors was very pleasant.

Upon arriving at the garage we looked at the vehicle and spoke to a salesman as we had a few queries of which not all of them were answered but decided to take it for a test drive. Upon return we asked for a price for our current vehicle for a part exchange. Being told my vehicle showed signs of it being hit and some age related scratches didn’t feel the best sales approach.

The ‘salesman’ made it clear their prices are non-negotiable. Even with the fact that their car showed clearly that the near side had had a poor match paint job due to rear door being different colour. This they could not explain. Our customer experience with them was lacking compared to all others we had seen recently

In the end we made our 2 hour journey home as it was clear money was more important to them than customer service and having the ‘human touch’. We look forward to spending our money at a garage that deserves it.

Very Professional Team. I would highly recommend Windmill. Very pleasant experience. These guys are professionals who made me feel valued as a customer. From the first phone call to driving away in the car, the people there were polite and helpful. There was a minor issue with the car after I bought it, but the team at Windmill could not have handled it any better, I had it back in for a check. The technician at Windmill was knowledgeable and explained the problem and next steps very clearly. I will be going back there to buy a car for my wife and recommending to others.

Dealt with Nick who was great and very knowledgeable to my questions. Cant' recommend Windmill Motors highly enough. I will certainly look their way when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

We brought our BMW 2 series from Windmill Motors and can say it was a pleasure in doing business with them, we were looked after by Kevin and Nadeem. The whole process from phoning and asking for a video of the vehicle then visiting the site in the person and getting a few minor issues sorted before accepting the vehicle was second to none. Once sorted they delivered the vehicle to our door on the day promised. I must also say hoe great their aftersales team are as we had a minor oil leak which was dealt with quickly and professionally by Ibby. I would highly recommend Windmill to friends and family without hesitation.

Purchased my second car from Windmill motors this week, extremely happy with the service again from start to finish. Car was exactly as described and I am over the moon with it. Thanks guys I will return for my 3rd in a few years time.

Sam and the team were excellent in their customer service. Could not do enough. Didn't end up buying the car I was considering but no pressure salesmanship were a pleasure to experience so will recommend them to friends and family.

Very mixed feelings good and bad about Windmill car sales, Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Went to test drive a particular vehicle which was all good except it was a struggle to get in so I decided not to purchase it, however I saw another vehicle which interested me so took it out only for a brief test drive due to low fuel light coming on which was ok for me to make a decision. Salesman I dealt with throughout was Kevin, easy to talk to and very obliging. I had sold my car via an online sales site and WM was happy to match the price so that made the change over easier. Went to collect the car a week later and found their drive away insurance wasn't available due to being unable to log in to their account, luckily I was able to change my insurance online so ended up cheaper anyway, now is where Kevin lets the side down by mentioning that the vehicle logbook isn't available, (should have told me this when I paid the deposit) they are waiting for it from the previous owner due to plate change, stating He would tax the car when he receives the V5 and changes ownership name.I checked tax status twice daily to ensure it was still taxed on the system. I phoned the following week to enquire but Kevin wasn't working that day so called the following day to be told the manager has posted the payment for a replacement V5. Problem arises when that is processed (DVLA told me that would be 4 April) the change of name would cancel the tax on the system, that happened on 3rd April leaving me without a usable vehicle until the V5 arrives in my name and I can then tax it again. It's now the 6th April so without a vehicle still.

Excellent service from all Interactions with staff! Friendly, welcoming and answered all my questions. Already recommended a friend to go see them for there next car upgrade.

They did exactly what they said they do, the little concerns I found when originally looking at the car they did, came with fresh MOT and no advisories. Had a small noise found a few days after collecting the car, they took it in found the problem ordered genuine new part all sorted with no fuss. Easy to deal with recommend them without doubt not many car dealers like these people around.
