Windmill Guitars Omdömen

Very fast delivery and competitive prices will use again thanks.

Windmill Guitars is my “go to” for expertise, quality service and value for money. Guitars that I’ve purchased have been top notch professional instruments that I use constantly. Highly recommend!

Simon is the man !! Always ready to answer questions and just a great buying experience all round. Preloved guitar I bought from him was exactly as described and securely packed when delivered. Highest recommendation !!!

Ordered online, picked up in store. Item was ready and waiting - no messing about. I spend too much money with Simon.

Dealing with Windmill Guitars was genuinely a pleasant departure from the larger retailers. Simon Corner knows his guitars you feel a sense of an unhurried experience when dealing with him.
Then came the transaction and subsequent shopping process...... Totally professional and comprehensive..... No need to ask for shipping details or consignment numbers ....... All supplied... Even a link from the invoice directly to Parcel Force..... Superb

Simon goes the extra mile when a musician needs something urgently - gent!

Just a pleasant experience. My order though not in stock at time, was ready for me in a couple of days. Can't ask for more really. Would do business again.

Always prompt and professional. Can always depend on Simon. Great stock and always sound advice

Very quick dispatch, arrived perfectly. Thanks guys!

I found buying with Windmill quite easy and fast, but the shipping quote for my small item ' Monty's guitars Instrument food' was excessive at something like 11 euro, particularly given that I'm in the Northeast Republic of Ireland and Windmill is in Northern Ireland - this seemed quite steep. Once I decided to pay the higher than expected shipping, product shipped next business day and was received in 2 or 3 days. Seems like a good shop and would likely do business with again.

Always prompt, always in good shape - a pleasure to browse, order, but mostly to receive!

I recently purchased a pre-loved Taylor 712ce online from Windmill Guitars. My experience was consistent with all the other Trustpilot reviews of Windmill Guitars here. Simon was terrific to deal with... very helpful both with telephone queries and with fast responses/support to online questions. Post sale follow-up online also very reassuring. The guitar was freighted internationally promptly and really well packaged/protected... its condition exactly as advertised. I'm very satisfied... thanks Simon!

Simon was very helpful as I was purchasing online.
He sent me photos on request and was only to happy to respond politely and promptly to me emails.
Guitar was expertly and securely packed and on arrival lived up to and exceeded my expectations.
Great guitar shop I highly recommend

Prompt and great price,

Super efficient service. A speedy and personalised response to my initial message and a quick and very welcome delivery of a long sought-after guitar pedal in plenty of time for Christmas.

Can't go wrong sourcing guitars of this quality. Firm but fair on price.

A helpful, friendly and professional service, as usual !

They were very fast and trustworthy

From start to finish a great company to buy from; i was worried about shipping a 'vintage' guitar....but it was perfectly boxed, well protected and arrived in 1st class condition. I will definitely deal with them again....1st class work Windmill Guitars!!!

Item as described online, well packed and quickly delivered, good communication and updates. Many thanks
