Windmill Guitars Omdömen

I have been looking for a maple backed acoustic but all I could find were Jumbos. I chanced upon a E16ss-tc being sold by Windmill. I asked some questions which Simon answered promptly and also provided additional photos. I decided to take a chance as this appears to be one of only a handful left (the others are s/b). The guitar was sent promptly and arrived with no issues at all. This is my first Eastman (normally a Gibson fanboy). This is stunning and no doubt will not be my last. Highly recommend both Eastman and Windmill guitars

Fantastic experience. There was a slight issue with the guitar that I received and Windmill agreed to swap it for another no quibble. Prompt and courteous service start to finish.

Fantastic Team, Fantastic products at great prices with a Fast & Friendly service to boot. I am happy to recommend Windmill Guitars to any new, potential customers. You won’t be disappointed. 😎🎼🎸❤️👏👏👏

Excellent customer service and super fast delivery.
Throughly recommend

On this occasion only purchasing a gift voucher but staff member very pleasant
I came here for the voucher as a guitar had already been purchased from this store and again the staff member had been extremely helpful giving advice on purchase

Great communication with Simon and all round great experience.

Bought my first electric guitar here and had a superb experience. The owner was relaxed but clearly knowledgeable, and there was never any pressure or hard sales pitch. I really appreciated being able to try out different guitars in a comfortable, laid-back area of the shop — it made choosing the right one so much easier. Highly recommend Windmill Guitars for anyone looking for a welcoming place to explore and buy their first (or next) guitar. Please support your local businesses!

Awesome collection of new and pre-loved guitars, amps and effects pedals. Great service and amazingly fast despatch.
Thank you!

Expert advice from Simon, top class products and great value. A brilliant guitar shop.

Great product at a great price - making it easy to support local independent retailers

Top service as always!!

Great service, flexibility and expertise

Windmill Guitars is a gem of a guitar shop located in Bangor, stocking new, rare and used guitars. It's an Aladdin's cave of treasures. Simon was very helpful and quick at sourcing a guitar for my son. The visit to the shop to collect the guitar was fun, friendly and a pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended.

A great overall experience using Windmill Guitars. Communication and speed to get order out and posted to my front door in Republic of Ireland was excellent. I look forward to the next transaction and would highly recommend.

Always scary buying a guitar online. Company was spot on. Very responsive - guitar arrived as described and very well packaged! Nice one guys!
