Beautifully made and chimes are sublime
From being able to listen to how the chimes would sound on their website, ease of ordering and quick delivery. This is my 6th purchase, 4 given as gifts. Possibly a tad expensive but the quality of the way the units are made and of the sound is worth it over the years you will have these chimes. I can hear one of mine as I type, lovely.
