Trevor at Missouri Wind and Solar was very accessible by direct phone. He sent me clear instructions on installing the batteries and solar panels. After it was all set up I called again and he walked me through the setup of the system. Everything went great with install and setup of this system.

I've purchased from this company before and was very satisfied with the quality of the products enough that I sought them exclusively for the next step in my solar project.

I started mounting solar panels on my garage in 2020 during the pandemic as "something to do" and I used Missouri Solar's rails and brackets to mount my panels. I quickly bought another set or two to build my array, which I hadn't a need to expand upon given the results I was getting from my solar system. Well, some used panels were given to me for a good deal, so expansion (when spring breaks) will resume, using a bit bigger/more robust set of rails and brackets.

My pump needed a new seal. I was able to send it back and have it fixed quickly at an affordable price.

shipping is great, although I would like to have seen instructions in the 2 panel pole mount, I know now that you have them on web site but not everyone has a printer. I figured it out by looking at photos. Your staff are great, I called 3 times and got a different person and they were very knowledgeable. I plan on buying another set like I have for another part of my pond which is almost 2 acres to get more coverage on aeration. Thanks for your help and innovation with the no battery type solar panel inverter.

We selected the 2 aeration unit for a 2-acre pond. The system works well and has been in use for over a year. When the panels shipped they did leave on the connectors for the solar panels but quickly shipped the parts we needed at no cost. So far, we are very pleased with the system. Gave 4 stars only because of the missing part that held up our completion of the solar panels and another trip was made to complete the project.
