Excellent care from start to finish

I’m only on day two after my hair transplant at Wimpole, but I wanted to say how pleased I’ve been with the whole experience so far. James was excellent in the lead-up, taking the time to talk everything through and reassure me. Dr Moussa and the team were equally supportive, and I felt very well looked after throughout.

I was excited but also nervous about the surgery. On the day, the kindness and attention to detail from everyone made what felt like quite a daunting prospect surprisingly relaxed and, in parts, actually enjoyable. The aftercare has been thorough too, with clear instructions and support as I start the recovery.

Obviously, it’s far too early to comment on the final results. If they’re as good as the care I’ve received, I’ll be very happy. At this stage, I would happily recommend Wimpole based on the overall experience. A big thank you to James, Dr Moussa and the whole team.

James was a great advisory, very available to disucss any queries in the lead up to the procedure and carries out daily check ups post surgery.

I had my hair transplant back in March and, now six months on, I’m extremely happy with the results. The whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. The team are very knowledgeable, professional and have always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt looked after throughout the process. A special mention to Dr Malkani and Zylah, who have both been fantastic. Their care, attention and support before, during and after the procedure have been greatly appreciated. Six months in, the results have already exceeded my expectations and I’m really pleased with how everything is progressing. I would happily recommend the clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Had my hair transplant at the Wimpole Clinic 6 months ago with 2,900 grafts and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

The whole process from start to finish was really straightforward. Husnain was great and gave me really good advice and instructions after the procedure. Dr Barron was also brilliant and created a really natural-looking hairline.

The difference in my hair is honestly incredible and I’m really pleased with how natural it looks. I’m only 6 months in and the results are already better than I expected.

Would definitely recommend Wimpole to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Absolutely incredible experience!
A hair transplant is something I've been thinking about for a long time now and finally going for it made me really nervous, however the level of care and most importantly understanding showed by Wimpole Clinic from my first consultation to my procedure was outstanding.

What was so lovely about Wimpole Clinic was that I felt like I was in safe hands, everything is well explained and any questions or concerns I had were handled in a professional manner, Marie in particular has been fantastic, she's been with me from the beginning advising me and answering any questions I may have had post surgery making this experience as comfortable as possible and keeping me calm when I've had my own concerns, I think she's been phenomenal and is still advising and helping me 4 weeks on.

I can't recommend Wimpole high enough, I think everyone there from the reception staff to the surgeons and consultants deserve the highest praise and I'm very grateful for everything they've done to help give me something that has improved my confidence in myself and my appearance.

The procedure at Harley Street went smoothly, in particular to the care and skill of Ulf Kienecker and his team of technicians, Rasara, Tadas, Safura and Hana. Everything regarding the day was explained in detail and I have nothing but a positive experience to convey. My advisor Husnain also took time to check as the day progressed and his professionalism has continued throughout the after care system.

The clinic experience was excellent. There was an important pre-verification they provided prior to the procedure that showed me the clinic was interested in success versus obtaining a new customer. The results have been very good and natural. I am very pleased with the entire process and clinic team involved

Had my 12 month review today at wimpole clinic with husnain, Dr ulf and the team.I can honestly say the results compared to what i used to look like 12 months ago before my procedure, i am sooo happy with it. Their care, approach and how they will always listen to you is first class. I am so grateful that I had my procedure done with them, and will definetely get another one done in the near future to finish off.

I was really nervous going into the procedure, but Dr Barron and the team put me completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Dr Barron was my surgeon and was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was professional, reassuring and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. His calm approach and attention to detail made the whole experience much easier than I expected.

James was in charge of my aftercare and has also been fantastic. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring with any questions I’ve had since the transplant, which has made the recovery process feel a lot less stressful.

The nursing staff were amazing as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the day.

I’m really happy with how everything is looking so far and with the level of care I’ve received before, during and after the procedure.
