I’m 6 months into my hair transplant journey with Wimpole Ponteland Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole team goes the extra mile, and you really do get what you pay for. The aftercare has been amazing. A special thanks to Mathu and Dr. Uumear for looking after me and supporting me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Wimpole to anyone considering a hair transplant. You’re in safe hands!

Had a transplant of these guys it wasn’t good at all

For you virgin hair transplant guys out there these guys are in a mad rush to do as many transplants in one day there’s one surgeon doing 3 peoples inssisions at once I’m sure this is not legal and there has to be concern around contamination the rooms that the surgery is taken place in is far to small the building as been split into small rooms which you can hardly move in it’s like a conveyor belt of transplants there trying to make as much money as they can

I can tell you that Mateu didn’t even consult with the surgeon on my situation and nor looked at my photos on the day of the procedure they completely missed a huge patch on my head which I had to come back two days later to be corrected which resulted in a waste of grafts and over harvesting on the back of my head the list of mistakes is endless the angulation off my hairs on the hairline is all wrong and pointing in a different direction
My hairline is thicker on one side than the other , the angle from the front to the side is like a sharp straight angle there’s no natural curve also they have put double grafts in my hairline which is pretty bad what’s even worse when i. Confronted these guys how bad the job was and asked to see my consultation photos to compare what was agreed and what was done you guessed it they lost them Mateu said there where in an old computer how convenient

I genuinely think these guys think robots are coming along soon and going to take there jobs of them so there in a mad rush to do as many transplants as possible

The bottom line is they completely rushed my transplant and this is where all the mistakes are made i asked the surgeon to correct this I just don’t think he’s talented enough to remove the grafts

Once these kind of mistakes are made it’s another lot of pain and 12 months to see the results and punching grafts out can damage them so it has to be done right first time

These guys need to slow down I just paying 6 k for 1500 grafts I expected a far better treatment than made feel like a sheep in a field

This is not a fake revive

I am still in recovery and therefore I cannot speak to the final results of my FUE transplant. However, I was very pleased with my experience of three PRP sessions and a 3000 graft FUE at Wimpole Birmingham. Dr Hafsa completed all my procedures with empathy and professionalism throughout, explaining the processes in great detail, and answering my numerous questions. While a hair transplant is never going to be without some pain, Dr Hafsa and the four experienced technicians made it as comfortable as possible, checking in with me regularly. The hairline looks great at this stage and the spacing of grafts will hopefully produce perceived full density. I will be returning for two more PRP sessions in the near future, and a second FUE procedure in 12 months time.

The patient advisor, Mihir, was very helpful and supportive throughout the process, answering all my questions and providing excellent aftercare through daily contact during the early recovery period. Tarah was also consistently welcoming and supportive during my visits to the clinic.

I will leave further reviews in the future for my second FUE procedure and the final results.

I would like to thank the team and I hope to see them again soon.

Today I went in for my second hair transplant and just like the first time everyone goes above and beyond. My consultant, Mathu Mahesh has been outstanding all the way through checking in on me and answering all of my questions....there were a lot. The first team; Dr Umear Ahmad with Stan and Emma were amazing and did such a great job on my hairline. I will share photos eventually.

This time, for my crown and density, I had Dr Kalra who was amazing, explained everything perfectly from the operation to the aftercare. The technicians, Farshad and Maryam were unbelievable, I've never met such caring and attentive people who were simply amazing in the extraction and implantation procedure. Answering my questions, showing me the grafts and always double checking if I was doing well. They even gave me a piece of Birthday cake from Dr Kalra's little appreciation from the staff.

My first procedure after 6 months was better than I could have hoped so I'm excited to see the results of the crown in the next 6-12 months. I'll gladly share my process and images.

If anyone is thinking about getting a hair transplant I would thoroughly recommend coming here, you'll not be disappointed at all

I am 10 months post-surgery and I am very pleased with the experience and results so far. From the first consultation right through to the procedure and aftercare, everyone was very friendly and professional.

Very positive experience from start to finish. I first met James in the Brighton office, and then had the procedure in London. Everything was professional, straightforward and easy. James always communicated promptly and was patient when I needed to reschedule a couple of times due to work. During and after the operation, all th staff were friendly and very helpful. Too early to comment on results, but fingers crossed.

Excellent care from start to finish

I’m only on day two after my hair transplant at Wimpole, but I wanted to say how pleased I’ve been with the whole experience so far. James was excellent in the lead-up, taking the time to talk everything through and reassure me. Dr Moussa and the team were equally supportive, and I felt very well looked after throughout.

I was excited but also nervous about the surgery. On the day, the kindness and attention to detail from everyone made what felt like quite a daunting prospect surprisingly relaxed and, in parts, actually enjoyable. The aftercare has been thorough too, with clear instructions and support as I start the recovery.

Obviously, it’s far too early to comment on the final results. If they’re as good as the care I’ve received, I’ll be very happy. At this stage, I would happily recommend Wimpole based on the overall experience. A big thank you to James, Dr Moussa and the whole team.

I had my hair transplant back in March and, now six months on, I’m extremely happy with the results. The whole experience from start to finish has been excellent. The team are very knowledgeable, professional and have always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt looked after throughout the process. Had my hair transplant at the Wimpole Clinic 6 months ago with 2,900 grafts and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

The whole process from start to finish was really straightforward. Husnain was great and gave me really good advice and instructions after the procedure. Dr Barron was also brilliant and created a really natural-looking hairline.

The difference in my hair is honestly incredible and I’m really pleased with how natural it looks. I’m only 6 months in and the results are already better than I expected.

Absolutely incredible experience!
A hair transplant is something I've been thinking about for a long time now and finally going for it made me really nervous, however the level of care and most importantly understanding showed by Wimpole Clinic from my first consultation to my procedure was outstanding.

What was so lovely about Wimpole Clinic was that I felt like I was in safe hands, everything is well explained and any questions or concerns I had were handled in a professional manner, Marie in particular has been fantastic, she's been with me from the beginning advising me and answering any questions I may have had post surgery making this experience as comfortable as possible and keeping me calm when I've had my own concerns, I think she's been phenomenal and is still advising and helping me 4 weeks on.

I can't recommend Wimpole high enough, I think everyone there from the reception staff to the surgeons and consultants deserve the highest praise and I'm very grateful for everything they've done to help give me something that has improved my confidence in myself and my appearance.
