The only place to consider
The staff, especially Michelle, were fantastic at ensuring we got the service we needed without overpaying for space or time we didn’t need. The facility is spotless - we were blown away by how amazing it was. Easy to access, great trolleys etc to assist with moving and absolutely zero hassles. Highly recommended.

I was in a real bind when the movers…
I was in a real bind when the movers were late and the prearranged storage didn't have 24hr access. Michele organised a unit for me in half an hour and i was all stored away by the end of the day. Top quality customer service! Great facility too

Great storage facility
Great customer service - very prompt and clear with advice whether it was online, or via phone or in person. They also had good packing materials available onsite for purchase along with a couple of rental vans available. Facility itself is kept very clean with good parking facilities and trolleys to utilise when moving things in or out of storage. Was very easy to book use of a unit - which we used for almost a year - and then equally as simple to finalise use (unheard of!). All of which means we would only ever use them for our storage needs in the future and are very pleased to recommend them.

Execellent, efficient service
It’s my first time using a storage facility.
Philip from Bentleigh Wilson’s storage was very helpful showing me through the storage process - I easily understood how everything worked and felt I was well looked after as a customer. The team was also prompt in answering my queries - I recommend speaking to them for personalised storage queries
