I rented a garage size storage unit for a couple of years but gradual price increase has made it too pricey for me. Nice people.

Understanding

Understanding, excellent communication from staff members.
Allowed access to the company van for transporting goods from one place to the storage facility for free for 4 hours.

Dusty contents

My things were covered in heaps of dust. Thought the storage unit would be pretty well sealed, but apparently not.
Other than that, communication was pretty good.

Perfect storage for our needs

The storage unit is well managed and run efficiently. Everything is well maintained and clean. Location and access is excellent. The manager, Ed is always friendly and helpful.
