Very professional & helpful with the set up

Nothing to complain about other than I was told the complimentary truck wouldn't be available on the day yet it was parked in the yard from the time I arrived until I finished the move. So I could have used it and returned it well before the next customer needed it.

The desk staff were very patient with me even though I was overwhelmed at the time with things going on. They were lovely and helpful. The premises is clean.

The storage units are super clean and easy to access. The prices are also very good for the size of sheds. The staff are very polite and helpful . I have moved many many times and have used a lot of storage facilities and I have to say this is one of the best I’ve used.

Staff at Bennetts Green facility have always been friendly, helpful and approachable and happy to assist in anyway possible. Facility is always clean.

I've been at Kennards Newcastle West for 14 years putting up with substandard units in decrepit conditions now with disreputable management. Most recently I was in G25 adjacent the unreliable trip hazard elevator in dusty conditions that are respiratory and allergy health hazzards paying $309 a month for a first floor 4x3.

I finally came to my senses after not needing to be in that vicinity and looked for somewhere else. My partner and her kids have and/or have units at the Wilson Bennetts Green. They have never had a drama. Only positive experiences and feedback.

I ended up getting a spotlessly clean modern first floor 4.5 x 3 for only $199 a month. That's a $100 saving. Over the last four or more years I didn't need to be at Kennards Newcastle West I could have saved around $5,000.

Moving to the Wilson has literally been a breath of dust free fresh air. I no longer feel like I am paying a premium to be in a dirty Correctional Services type atmosphere and attitude. Heck, since I have been at Wilson they have even acid washed and pressure cleaned the driveway and parking area. Talk about a totally different level of customer service. Five stars!!!!
