The Which? Wills system is straightforward and clear with helpful explanatory notes at every stage. Feedback was also helpful pointing out possible omissions and an error. Excellent overall and no problems.

Having put off for too long making a will my wife and I were happy with the ease of going through the process. Our circumstances are uncomplicated so it was ideal for us. The review didn't take too long and we now have the security of everything written down, signed and witnessed.

You get what you pay for. I liked the simplicity of filling in the will and the really useful glossary explaining each section as I moved along. I was given really useful feedback to save adding a codicil later on regarding one of my executors. A good price for what you get. I would have liked to input the Letter of Wishes in my last will and testament but it was too laborious and the will I'd chosen was for simple use. The Letter of Wishes was good except for the page layout in columns. Categories are fine but it was too clumped together with no spaces between the lines. It was not easy to read. I had to rewrite most of my Letter of Wishes in Word. Looks great now. Hence the 4 stars. Having said that I would recommend Which Wills? to a relative or friend.

I found the service to be quick and responsive. Overall excellent product.

I had been putting off updating my will as it just seemed too complicated. However, the Which on-line proforma made it very easy and they were able, when I had a question, to give advice which was clear and was incorporated into the document. It was reassuring to have experts check the will and to be able to have a printed bound copy, with instructions about how to handle it, promptly supplied.

Drawing up a power of attorney using Which Will's online service was straightforward and the guidance provided was most helpful. Any queries I had were promptly answered and dealt with. The charge was reasonable and I recommend Which Wills to anyone wishing to draw up their own poa.

We paid for Lasting Powers of Attorney for financial and health matters for my husband and myself. We completed the draft forms and received the vetted forms with notes for amendments. Which we completed and printed. Perhaps we should have checked them more meticulously. There were several omissions and mistakes that I feel the people vetting the documents should have picked up. (Maybe some of the mistakes were ours but we usually check things carefully as we progress).
On my husband’s LPA (financial & health) the name and address of the witness on page 10 were excluded but were completed on mine.
Again on his LPA (health) page 12 the names of his attorney J W S M were completely jumbled up.
I feel these details should have been picked up by your reviewer, even if we had incorrectly completed the draft forms.
However, we admit that we should have checked them more carefully prior to printing but relied on your service too much.

Used this service & it was easy to use, the only problem was I knew in my head what I wanted my will to do, but filling out the pro-forma gave me confidence that I had a legally binding will, but unsure if the will actually reflected my wishes.
I used the helpline & added notes for the review (which unhelpfully you can only do AFTER you have clicked "submit"!
After using helpline & notes, all good & much cheaper than a solicitor

It was extremely simple to

I found this experience quite daunting but having started to fill in the forms I quickly gained confidence and found the guidance notes invaluable.
Also knowing that qualified solicitors will review everything that I have answered is extremely helpful

I chose Which? Wills because I trust Which?
The process was far simpler than I thought and when I did try to over complicate things Which? was on hand with a prompt response.

I decided to use this service and am now not happy with my purchase. This is because I was unaware that I need to have two independent references before I can proceed. This is difficult for me to do and I won't make any more progress for some time as I am going to be out of the country on holiday. However, from what I have seen of the process so far, it appears to be a credible process. Its just a pity that I paid for it before I realised what was needed,

I was disappointed with this process. I have been a member of Which for a few years, and hold their Legal support in very high regard. Unfortunately this Will process did not meet my expectations. My situation is not complex; we simply needed a Will to cover myself and wife, and provide for my daughter should anything happen to us both. However I found three problems trying to use the Which Will process: (i) While the process will guide you to complete the paperwork correctly, I found there was very little support to ensure that the completed Will did indeed reflect our wishes. (ii) I found the online support to be slow and impersonal, and so I couldn't engage in a fuller q&a session, and (iii) I was half way through the process when I realised I was actually paying for just my own Will, rather a Wills for both myself and my wife. Overall, my experience was such that I cancelled the process with Which. I am offering this review as feedback hoping that it will help Which to improve their processes.

The death of an intestate brother-in-law made me realise that I needed to rewrite my Mexican will which was out of date and probably inacceptable in the UK. The service provided by WHICH was clear and straightforward and the initial comments were rapid and to the point. I was able to address them rapidly and now have a signed and sealed legally acceptable will. Excellent value for money. I may also use the Letter of Wishes service .

The software that Which supply is very straight forward and intuitive, no complicated legal terms.
The feedback received from the legal firm which Which use to review ones responces was very helpful.

Sorting out Power if Attorney has been on my to do list for ages. I got a quote from my solicitor which was over £1300 for financial and health for both my wife and myself. Cost excluded registration! Going with Which Wills has been very straightforward with plenty of online guidance as the POA was built. Currently in the review process. All in all DIY was much easier than I thought and has saved my £1000.

A fantastic way to do what is never an easy task - writing a will for an aged parent and also doing a Power of Attorney, should it be necessary. When compared to charges for a solicitor, there is no comparison - everyone should do it this way! I emailed and rang with questions and spoke to a lovely lady, who was so patient and helpful. I am now just doing the final checking, before printing off all the pages. I think the hardest part will be getting an agreed date for the witness and the person who has agreed to sign the Health and Welfare document, to come and actually sign! My next task will be to write my husband's and my will, as they are woefully out of date.

Our requirements for a will were pretty straight forward, with no complexities.
Based on this, the online process was very easy to follow and significantly cheaper than offered by my solicitor.
Very happy with the offering and service.
