Louise was fantastic at keeping in contacting and extending the mortgage offer twice due to difficulties with removing charges with the Land Registry. Would highly recommend!

Just completed on a bridge and development facility with Willow Isle and once again Stefan and team provided an absolutely first class service. Faultless from start to finish. Thank you!

Willow Capital were instrumental in helping us secure a bridging facility for a development site that we successfully completed on. Quite simply, without their involvement, we would not have managed to complete the transaction.

The purchase came with a number of complexities, but the team’s help, support, and guidance throughout the process were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure we met a tight deadline, keeping everything moving and giving us confidence at every stage.

Professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting the deal done – the team certainly made it happen for us.

I had an excellent experience working with Josh and Stefan at Willow Isle on my development finance. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to finding the right solution.

They kept me fully updated throughout the process, explained every stage clearly, and were always available whenever I needed clarification. Their professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.

Most importantly, Josh and Stefan delivered exactly what they promised — competitive financing, handled efficiently, with great communication all the way through.

I highly recommend Willow Isle, especially Josh, to anyone looking for development finance support. A brilliant service from a team that truly knows what they’re doing.

Dealing with Willow Isle has been a great experience, and they have provided a great service. Josh, Stefan, Gemma & Louise have all been great in communication and efficient. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

With all the trust we had in Willow Isle team, we placed an offer for the auction property which needed completion in 10 weeks. We’re so thankful for how they’ve turned it into a success against all odds.

Their impeccable timing, unwavering dedication, and creative approach truly set Willow Isle apart as a business of excellence.

I can not begin to explain how grateful and impressed we are with Stefan and Louise. We had an extremely tight deadline, way tighter than it should have been, to re finance from a bridge a previous broker left us in a mess with. They were reassuring and talked us through every step or requirement. The correspondence and communication throughout was exceptional we were getting hourly updates at some points... I honestly can't recommend them enough and we will not be going anywhere else for all of our future financing. 100 stars if we could.. Maria & Charles
