The sweater eventually arrived. Hugely disapointing. Fabric horrid and shiny not at all like the picture which I assumed to be wool. Will be returning it but I doubt I will get a refund. Avoid all Chinese websites.

I am adding my experience of this firm to the other already here. Do NOT use this company.
Inferior quality goods. Almost imossiblle to make a return. I feel I’ve been scammed of £40.

Product was poorly made oversized and made with a horrible shiny material. Nothing like the photo in the ad. The replacement they insisted on sending was no better. Their 30 day returns policy is a scam. Customer has to pay to return to China but that's only if you can get an address from the customer care team.

Same experience as others. Took 4 weeks for item to arrive. Very very poor quality and not worth the £40 paid. They are refusing a refund and only offering 30% off buying an alternative product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Beware this website. Although it appears to be a UK company and says returns are ‘easy’, buried deep in the website it says the goods come from Asia (China) and have to be retuned at customers’ expense. To return a shirt costing £39 but made of horrible cheap material was going to cost me £26 and the return address is “No 2 Elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor upstairs” The good reviews on the website claim to be Trustpilot but they don’t appear on this website where renews are 1*.

What a disappointment to receive such rubbish.
£40 wasted and no proper refund, just a small percentage if it ever arrives. They must be stopped!}

Terrible quality and I can’t get a refund. The email address simply bounces back. The material is polyester shiny and ugly. The trustpilot reviews on their site are total fabrications. Avoid.

This “company” is an absolute disgrace and something should be done about them. Like other reviewers I was conned into purchasing a Maggie top which looked nice in the photograph but, when finally received, looked nothing like it. Made from a horrible shiny material and absolutely huge. Have emailed customer service twice now requesting a return address which they have still not provided. I have not yet received an offer of a partial refund. Do not go near this company - complete con.

No stars Appalling quality , website is totally misleading with photographs of an upmarket shop that doesn’t exist . Surely Trading Standards can take this down ? Goods from China with no means of return . Avoid at all cost!

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot. I bought a nice looking wooly striped jumper for my wife which, when it came was not at all like the picture, some hideous shiny material and much too big. like others I was fobbed off with several emails, eventually told to send it back to China but in the end I settled for keeping the jumper, which has gone to a Charity Shop, and a 30% refund. anyone know if we can get them under the trade descriptions act?

First sweatshirt had white patches on the material which was not as expected from online photos. They sent another identical garment ignoring my request for a refund because of the poor material and also the distorted size of the garment. Further emails requesting a refund have not been replied to.

Avoid tricked into purchasing additional item. Very angry

Absolutely appalling company! Ordered a pure denim top got a poorly made, damaged one in 100%polyester. Arrived over 2 weeks late so complained. They kept responding without a definite or reasonable reply till what they called the 'time for complaint' had run out. So I am landed like many others with a poorly made, wrong fabric, damaged item from a totally un reputable company! ttHEY DRAGGED THE COMPLAINT ON THAT LONG YOU HAD NO CHNACE OF RETURNING IT OR GETTING ANYTHING BACK!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU WOULD BE TROWING YOUR MONEY AFTER RUBBISH WITH NO CHANCE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

No stars actually complete rubbish and the thing i’m most cross about is my carbon footprint … shipping shite half way across the world pretending you have a glossy high street presence in oxford …. avoid at all costs and AI responses are even more infuriating 🤬

SCAM- same bad experience as all above

My experience mirrors all the other reviews here. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company with a High St presence - completely conned into buying an attractive-looking sweatshirt which turned out to be of vile quality, enormous in size. Yes, I’ve also had the 15% off offer (rejected), then the 30% off offer (also rejected). I now have the “Return Form” ( which looks entirely fake) and an address in China to return the garment to. Will I ever get my money back?! Don’t hold your breath.

I am having the same experience as Marion Cox. Trying to return the product but keep getting autoresponses. No return address or contact provided. Total scam.
