To clarify, in most Canadian provinces, your witness does not need to sign in front of a notary for your will to be legally valid. The will only needs to be signed by you, the will-maker, in front of the required witnesses. Notarization is optional and may be helpful for additional proof of authenticity, but it is not a legal requirement. If you choose to have your will notarized, there may be a fee associated with the notary service.

A Positive, Inexpensive Legal Product
The instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow. This was a more comfortable experience than I encountered when I had my will first made in 2010 in a lawyer's office, and it was substantially less expensive.

Willful's documents come in PDF format, which allows customers the freedom to print their documents how they choose.
Some folks choose to download their documents and email them to a friend or family member who could print the documents for them. Another option is to save your documents on a USB stick and bring it to a library or business that offers printing services.
To download your document(s), first log in to your Willful account. In the top blue bar, click "Menu" and select "Documents" from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the page where you can view and download them.

I'm not very tech savvy because of my age so had difficulty at first, was using the helper a lot until I figured it out then I finally managed to get my will done.

Quick and easy, and I like the option that you can go in and make changes to it any time. I also believe I read where you’ll get a reminder every year, just in case something needs to be changed which I think is very helpful
