It was straight forward and easy to do
It was straight forward and easy to do. The best part was that you could leave it and return to it a few days later without any loss of data. It was also cheap compared to getting things done by a lawyer/solicitor.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. The online tools helped me get my first will done. It made a difficult task simpler and easier to do.Finally it gives me peace of mind knowing I'm able to access and update my will at anytime and make any changes in the event things change. I am very pleased with the experience!

Experience was fairly simple
Experience was fairly simple, would be good if you could layout the step by step process up front. For example, if your are a couple or if you are single or ... then you should follow this process to complete your will. For example I was uncertain of the whole process up front on what to do in regards to my spouses portion of completing her Will. The fact I had to pay first before sending her a link. Needed to go to the help tool. Would have been nice to have the process clearly defined before starting the process or maybe I just missed where those instructions where up front. Other than that it is nice you can update it as you wish without additional lawyer costs. Works well for simple wills.

The online tools helped my wife and I get our first will done and safely tucked away. It made a difficult task simpler and easier to do. It helped us work through sensitive decisions that I’m not sure we would have felt comfortable doing in front of a lawyer. Finally, it also gives us the comfort of being able to update our will, power of attorney and representation agreement in the event things change. We were very pleased with our experience!

Easy to set up but not easy to edit after
I logged in as I wanted to make a change. I was unable to make the edit because there was a big black X across my choices. I asked for help and the AI chat bot told me how to make the change. Well the chat bot idea didn't work either. So now I have to wait 2-3 days for someone yo get back to me! Not impressed!
