I want to thank the Wilkinson team for all support and patience you have demonstrated in the course of what can only be described as a not very straightforward project with hiccups on the way.

Geoff’s knowledge, understanding, and explanations of the building regulations are well beyond those of a standard construction consultant.

We must be getting special treatment as Geoff seems intent on find issues after issues will little regard for customer service. The phone message states they will return our call BUT never do. Very slow to respond. Amazing i received a response within 1 hr of my review shame that does not happen when you call them. The reply is full of excuses and the issue is that we don't get any clear input just new issues introduced time, time and again for over one year. Why don't they do a plan check to resolve these issues.

I’ve been working with Mike for a few years and he is always professional and helpful. He’s very solution driven and uses his knowledge to make sure mistakes are avoided later down the line.
Wilkinson are a vital part of the team.

I used Wilkinson Construction Consultants for my house extension. I was adding 1500sqft to my house so it was a decent size but still relatively small. The team are excellent, very professional and realistic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done and thanks to the team.
