The product appears to work well. The fragrance isn’t overpowering. Customer service was good, albeit slow form the delivery company. Will definitely buy some more once this has been used up.
I've tried the paw balm, mild ear cleaner, and shampoo designed for delicate coats and young dogs. I'm thrilled with these items and would definitely suggest them to others.

Best animal shampoo
I love this product and it is the only one I use in the grooming room. It lasts well due to a good dilution rate also and more importantly I have never had a skin reaction to it with my clients or my hands. Clients always love the scent which is mild and natural

Excellent products
Excellent products, shampoo is brilliant great dilution ratio especially for hydro baths, smells fantastic- new mud treatment is fantastic too leaves the coat soft and silky and again smells lovely, we also highly recommend their Tick & Flea spray we have been using it for over 10 years it’s natural and it really works for both dog and owners around their ankles when out walking🤩🤩🤩

So it would be super useful for us to hear your experience. We made this product because pet ear cleansers usually contain alcohol and are very stingy for the animal they are used on. So we have made a gentle but very effective ear cleanser that has transformed the experience for the pet it is used on. It contains natural but very effective ingredients such as pachouli oil, that literally dissolve the dirt on contact. It doesn't sting the animal and leaves the ears smelling beautiful. Experienced breeder recommended
I include a bottle of puppy shampoo in my puppy pack. I am an experienced breeder and I want to ensure all my puppies have the best start in life and part of that is to use products that have no nasties but also do a great job. I am really happy with this product.

Always quick delivery! My golden smells delicious ( most of the time ) and the conditioner really seems to work. He often gets compliments on his so soft floofs!

Good for my Chihuahua
My Chihuahua had dandruff and was scratching a lot with the previous shampoo I was using (animology) so decided to try the WildWash shampoo and conditioner. They left his coat flake free and incredibly soft and shiny. Impressed so far :) will see about trying more of their items.

Good Family Business and a Mystery Delivery Service
The day I thought was supposed to receive the item didn’t arrive. So I contacted the owner of wild wash straight away. Jane replied me back and I was told that the delivery company sent the item to the wrong address and rescheduled by Jane to my house. She did offer me the refund but since it was not her fault and she explained that it’s her family business, I wanted to support and told her that as long as I will get the item then it’s okay. I went on the delivery company’s website to change the address to Tesco Express incase the delivery guy would make a mistake again. I don’t know how did that happen but there’s a wrong address on the package and that was why the item was sent to the wrong address even though I added the right address via wild wash account from the beginning. But Jane was very communicative and I did receive the item in the end. A bit of mystery. But good on Jane and her family for doing the family business.
