Lost package - no refund coming
*product ordered -Sep 19, 2025
*product arrived NZ via DHL and hands over to Aramex -Sep 23, 2005
* Aramex informs me that they have lost the product - Sep 30, 2005
* Aramex closes the order due to being lost 9th October
*DHL and Wild secrets systems claim it has been delivered even though wild secrets also claiming an investigation is occurring. Still no feedback on the plan.
Wild secrets accept no responsibility of who they use in this process and don't keep anyone informed. It is already nearly a month from order. They say if DHL doesn't close then there will be no refund to me which must be in breach of trading acts. If you live in NZ i would not order from these people as they put no value in ensuring they look after NZ customers.
In response to your comment:
Literally you said "Another closure request has already been submitted to DHL this morning prior to you contacting. Until they confirm the package as lost, there is nothing more we can do". You knew that this had been lost as confirmation had occurred from Aramex over a week before and yet you said there was nothing you could do until you received something from them. If they never got back to you then you never would have refunded me...This is truth! Explain how i misrepresented this.

I have reviewed your case and can see that our team were actively investigating the matter with DHL. As you were advised by the team, we do require an official conclusion to an investigation before a refund can be issued as parcels are sometimes recovered/located and subsequently delivered.
I can't see any evidence of our team advising you that you would not be refunded, just that we had to wait for the case to close, so I am not sure why you are claiming this to be the case.
As you are aware the case was closed this morning and the team have already issued a refund for you.
We hope this resolves the matter for you.

Edit - Mark, this has already been clarified by email with our team, but I’ll restate it once more for clarity. From the outset, you were advised that the DHL case needed to be resolved before a refund could be issued. We have never had a situation where DHL failed to resolve a case and were actively following up on your case reguarly, stating that a resolution was required is not the same as saying a refund would never be provided.
As you can see, once the case was resolved, your refund was issued promptly. You are misrepresenting the situation by claiming we said we had no intention of refunding you, that is simply not true. The refund requirements were clearly communicated multiple times, and your current interpretation is inaccurate and misleading.
