This company is a scam! Do not use. Product is extremely low quality and not as pictured on their website. They have loopholes set up so they don’t have to give refunds. Response time is very delayed also.
Bought a tree skirt. Very poor quality and description misleading. Ordered in advance yet they shipped it just in time to arrive Dec 24. Customer service would not refund and pointed me to the details in their return policy.
This company AND the same product under other names is a scam. They say easy returns, they do not mean it. I tried several weeks through PayPal to get my money back. They said OK but had to ship overseas even though their website said easy returns to TX. Not the print it is the workmanship that is the scam. Do not order.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. The ornament I ordered is a piece of junk, very cheaply made, and definitely not worth the $26.95 it cost with shipping. It took 3 weeks to arrive from who knows where - Vietnam maybe? The photo of the store on their website is very deceiving. Avoid at all costs, my sister bought a tree skirt that was made of crappy fabric, and looked nothing like the photo on their website. Of course they will not let you return this junk!
They list three different addresses and they have a customer service phone number that has never worked. These are not custom-made in America. They are shipped from overseas. A scamming company that you should stay away from definitely.
Don’t be fooled by this company. Ordered a quilted Christmas Tree skirt. Took forever to get because they claimed each skirt was custom made to order, ok that’s fine. Finally received the product and it looks nothing like what they advertised. Cheap material with a digital imprint on it that was not even close to what we ordered. Went to check my method of payment and found out not only did they charge my card, which included shipping, there was another transaction for an International Assessment Fee?! Have told them I want to return the product and expect a refund and don’t expect to hear back. Deceptive as they come!
