I'm surprised a toddler carrier in the form of a side sling hasn't been on the market longer and big kudo's to Wildride for launching such a cool fashionable and yet practical product!

Could not live without our Wildride , especially with travelling with our son! The fact that is compact makes it that much easier for us to travel around with it ! Honestly it’s a daily life saver for a clingy toddler!

Very happy with this purchase. Sad moments when the little legs are tired can be brightened up by the carrier. It makes me feel connected again with my nieces and nephews. It feels like a cuddle moment and a precious time together, both for me and for the children.

These are excellent toddle carriers. We've walked miles and miles with my grandson in one of these, and they are perfect. They take the strain off of your back, and it is easy and safe to put my grandson into one. Excellent product----great service!

Love love love the Wildride carrier!! It's so convenient for on the go, folds up small and my little one always asks to be carried in it. I have to hide the carrier when we go for walks because otherwise he will not walk by himself! Perfect for velcro toddlers or those periods where they need extra care, like teething, etc.

J'ai passé commande sur le site de Wildride car j'avais entendu de bons retours sur la marque sur les réseaux sociaux et après avoir passé commande je suis tombée sur la page Trustpilot. J'avoue avoir eu peur, mais ma commande est arrivée en moins d'une semaine, c'était exactement ce que j'avais commandé. J'ai été informée par email et sms des étapes de suivi de commande. Les produits sont de qualité. Je recommande.

Great product that unfortunately my son decided he didn’t like when we tried it (he got very upset).

When I returned the product per their returns policy to the address noted they claimed it was then received late and said they couldn’t refund. I then provided all the receipts and the refund was given straight away. Disappointed customer service.

I ordered a carrier and a small bag with some wipes that the brand was offering for free (the wipes). The carrier arrived in an open package and with stains and the small bag didn’t arrive at all. I immediately sent an email to Wildride asking for my money back from the product that didn’t arrive and I didn’t receive an answer. Before buying the products the customer service was answering emails in 15 minutes, now that I have a problem with the order, they don’t reply. Completely unacceptable and I’ll make sure everyone knows the bad experience I am having

The product itself seems well made, but sadly after just two (very short) uses (we're talking less than ten minutes each), it was far too uncomfortable to use. I searched the internet for how to videos, visited their website and even contacted a friend who had one to check I was putting it on right and scooping my little one up correctly... And I was. It was so painful (digging into my neck and shoulder). I sadly don't recommend and feel sad to have wasted nearly £80 on something that was used for less than twenty minutes overall.

Poor service and delivery. My tracking didn't work. It said 3 business days. I got it after 3 weeks. They won't pay the return. I ended up buying from another place because of the wait.
It's only ai you can get in contact with.
I will never order frem this side again

The shipping is horrible. They state the shipment goes out fast and it's taken over 2 weeks. They don't give any answers and by the time the carrier got to me I was already on my trip. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

MY SHIPMENT IS LOST. The delivery was a nightmare. It scheduled the delivery for the day I was out of town. It invited me to reschedule, which I did. Then, despite telling me "rescheduled successfully", they tried to deliver the package every single say that I was out of town, and then sent the order back to the Netherlands because "recipient does not respond". They also had my phone number completely wrong, I don't know why. I tried to change the phone number as well, and it was about as successful as the delivery process.
