Delivery is always great and my dog really enjoys the food.

I've had such a great experience working with this company so far. I have a breeding program and providing the best tailored nutrition for my dogs is of upmost priority. I've had great communication and support to meet the needs of my dogs and their future puppies. I love that there's someone at the end of the line for advice and guidance when needed. All of my dogs are thriving on various versions of the complete food including the insect protein.

Great product, my very fussy 13yr old poodle cross likes it. I actually switched both my old dogs and only a week in, their poo,s are 'healthier' less smelly and pick-up-able! Now looking to subscribe and highly recommend.

Excellent food and customer service. I needed to change my dogs food just after a delivery due to dietary requirements, but the team made me aware of another food in their range that would be suitable and kindly helped me with the orders. They went above and beyond to ensure me and my dog were happy and I'm so relieved I was able to stay with wild.

Company make a big thing about “contact Us if you need help” but they ignored my 1st query & the 2nd try then said; we’ll answer in 48hrs. About as helpful as an ashtray on a bicycle when you’re trying to find answers & get the right food for a 4month old puppy struggling with itchy skin & loose stools.
Their packaging doesn’t help either as the ‘Gentle' seems identical to Puppy but I can’t tell the difference. Then they say it’s easy to switch flavours (with no real guidance to quantify that),but doing so seems to have made things worse for my boy.
Also seems ridiculously expensive (even with a subscription).
The only reason I’ve not walked away is I can’t put my pup through another complete food change. So far it’s cost me an absolute fortune, especially with several half bags from their mixed bundle, he now can’t eat.
Don’t think mixing flavours up is a good idea but their’s no real guidance for those trying to do their best by their dogs but happy to take your money, & lots of it.
I will be finding an alternative ASAP

Informative website, quick delivery, good feeding guidance, good description of ingredients, very good quality ingredients and the dogs love it. I'm still in process of transitioning to feeding the full amount but so far so good.

Customer service replied quickly with helpful information/advice.
Our dogs (tummy) didn’t agree with Rabbit flavour so I needed the usual Herring/Fish one. They sent my order very quickly so I didn’t have to buy a dog food from a store. Thank you!!
You can tell the quality of their products are good as my dogs’ 💩 are healthy since we changed to Wild.

My dogs are still loving their 80:20 cold pressed food! Customer service and delivery has always been good. I spoke with Ross the founder on the phone because one of my dogs can sometimes get bored of the same food. He suggested I try some of their fresh frozen as a topper when this happens. Problem solved! All dogs, even Mr fussy, very happy ❤️

My dog has serious IBD and got so bored of the veterinary hydrolysed protein diet so looked for something else he could have without having awful allergic reactions. (Hypoallergenic dog food is often full of allergens!) cue insect protein!!! He never turns his nose up at Grain free bug bakes and he now has all the energy and zest for life as he did when he was a young pup 🩷

Bought the rabbit flavour as an alternative to raw food to take on holiday to France. Then realised you aren't supposed to take meat into the EU so also bought the fish one. Allowed my dog to try it as treats in the months beforehand and she liked it so I switched her straight onto it a few days before we went away and had no issues with her gut - great! However, she doesn't cry for it like she does with her raw food and she doesn't like it soaked and rehydrated which really surprised me as she's so foody. She will eat it with water poured over the top which is good because it does make her very thirsty. She is also a lot more gassy than usual on this food. Overall I'm pleased with the quality and convenience.

Wild Pet Food has been excellent. Customer Service is superb. Orders always arrive well packaged and always very promptly following placement of online order. My dogs are very happy with the food and clean their bowls. Transition from my old pet food was very straight forward and Wild Pet Food staff have been readily available to discuss any queries, even making a call to me to enquire if all was progressing well with the transition. The food is highly nutritious and I trust that my dogs are eating a tasty and healthy balanced diet, I have recommended Wild Pet Food to others. HIGHLY recommend the food and the company. Decided to try Wild based off All About Dog Food’s review, and wanting a high quality, easier to store alternative to raw food. Initially I ordered the Cold Pressed Beef recipe, and it didn’t agree with my pup. She is a sensitive soul, and usually at this point I may have given up and tied something else, until I went on the website and saw a direct phone line to speak to the company’s CEO, Ross. Ross was incredibly generous with his time and advice, and talked me through what could be going on with my dog. In an unbelievable further act of generosity, he then arranged for me to be sent several different recipes to try, at no additional charge. Safe to say, his advice was absolutely spot on and I now have a happy and healthy dog again, with no tummy troubles! I have spoken to him twice more since the initial phone call, and each time he has been as helpful and insightful about small tweaks and things to try to get my dog feeling her best again. Now that we have cracked the code on what works for my dog, I have noticed she is significantly brighter, her coat is shiny and soft again, and she is back to her usual self after several months of being very subpar. This exceptional customer service, and genuine care for my dog and her wellbeing is the standout here - we will be a customer for life! Can’t thank Ross and the Wild team enough.

Great food, dogs enjoying mealtimes

our 4 year old GSD is loving it and gaining weight on his other cold pressed he was pooing a lot since he had been on wild this had improved significantly he loves the food as does our 5 month old puppy, also our 4 year old has food allergies especially chicken and he loves the fish variety and as I said both are thriving on it just goes to show not all cold pressed is equal

We switched to WILD Pet Food several months ago after spending a lot of time researching the 'best quality', whilst also being conscious of the extortionate price that top quality dog food can cost these days.

We were with a couple of other upmarket brands that had decent ratings on a dog food rating website, allaboutdogfood, and noticed WILD about a year ago now. They were the clear best rated one compared to other competitors.

After doing a trial, we found our pup really liked the poultry options, particularly the Chicken and Duck flavours, therefore since then we've been a loyal WILD customer for the past 12 months and have been delighted with our experience.

Our dog, a Welsh Terrier, enjoys the food, digests it well and it's such good value for money considering the superior quality to other brands.

If only all dog food brands cared about the composition and customer service as much as WILD! We love them.
