The company needs closing down and trading standards need informing
The products are advertised as glass Christmas balls when I received mine the picture is out of line and a cheap plastic ball I wouldn’t touch them so if you’re thinking about it forget it. I also didn’t look at any reviews but gosh I really made a bad mistake
When you get in touch they say they’ll refund 20% and I asked about a full refund for this I have to send them tracked postage to an address in china 🇨🇳. I bet if you do this you won’t receive a refund shocking 😳

Terrible. Overpriced, low quality decorations. The customer service insults you by offering a 20% refund when I want to return the item and get my money back.
Even cancelling the item 10 mins after ordering was impossible because "it was in transit". Shocking. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Highland cow with heater insert (goes in a zipper compartment in the body) was shown to be at least 2 ft in length. I got a 8 in stuffed animal...don't order anything from this company. They are not honest!

I would give it a negative number if I could. I ordered a a cat statue. It's supposed to be gray marble with purple eyes. It's not. It's a cheap black resin that is 1/3 the size shown in the advertisement. I should have known better. This is the clue I should have paid attention to, they spelled purple as pruple. I just emailed customer service. We'll see how that goes. I'm guessing they'll say I can return it but have to send it back to China. But that costs way too much. So the only thing they can do is refund half the money. I've been through this with another Chinese company. I'm done ordering from anyone but Amazon and Walmart. Definitely no more companies from China. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolute rip-off as the 'Dancing with Dandelions' garden decor is nothing like the advertised product.

Is is just a flat cut-out with none of the body contours that are in the advertisement!

Definitely scammers and clearly operating from numerous sites.

I ordered the garden fairies because they looked lovely on the website. What i recieved looked nothing like the pictures advertised. None of the pieces connect, so what I have is three bits of metal that I can do nothing with. I will try for a refund but I am not hopeful based on the reviews. Please do not buy from this company!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews first but got carried away as the fairies look so beautiful. However look nothing like the photos. I paid over £40 and now realise I could have bought the same one on Amazon for £10.
I am so disappointed. Don't order from this company.

The Dancing with dandelions figure I ordered bears no resemblance to the one in the video and photos as advertised. The figure is a one dimensional flat piece of metal and the dandelion is not the same. It looks really cheap, and obviously is. Isn't it illegal to advertise something and then deliver a massively inferior product? I'm currently trying to get a refund. I've been offered 15% so far, which is an insult. Don't buy from this company.

The product that arrived was very poor quality barely resembling the product in their sales videos.

I have little spare money and purchased a garden ornament with faeries that looked beautiful on their website. Hard to figure out if the company is called Wildvoy or Wildboy.
What I got was a flat piece of grey plastic where you couldn't even tell what it was
It is plastered all over their website that there is 100% money back guarantee. What a joke. I was offered 5% refund on the $70 I spent. Or if I wanted a full refund, I would have to pay an expensive mail charge to return the item to China.

Please don't line these Chinese Scammers' pockets. It makes me feel sick that they have scammed me. I will do my damnest to warn everyone about this scam

The item i received was nothing like the advertised items. It also didn't fit together. I will therefore return the item and I would like a refund please.

Fake perfume received. Do not order from this company. i ordered perfume. it was no genuine and not cheap but what i was delivered was a fake perfume. lesson learned for me.

I ordered an item from wildvoy. I emailed them about not getting a tracking# and wanted to cancel my order. Next day I received a tracking # and was told it was shipped. According to tracking my item has been sitting in LA for 2 weeks after it cleared customs. I tried to email customer service and it wouldn't go through. I checked reviews and it said not to do business with them because of a bad fraudulent rating. I had the purchase removed from my credit card.

You’re events are very welcoming and inclusive towards many people so it’s easy to get to know new people

This “company” blocked me on all of their social media for suggesting that they make their videos longer so they’re actually watchable and readable. If you go to their social media you’ll see a plethora of comments asking them to slow their content down because it’s impossible to read. When I reached out asking why I was blocked from a different account, they blocked me there too.

The voice in the videos doesn’t even sound interested in in what she’s talking about. It sounds like she’s busting out a 15 second clip with as little effort as possible to make a quick buck and get sponsors.

Would not advise this company.

Cute and simple design with a retro vibe. I love this blue color! The embroidery is a nice touch. I love that this is a relaxed fit but a size small still looks flattering on my small shoulders because the shoulder seam sits high enough. The fabric is soooo soft and I can tell with a few washes it is going to be something that wears nice over time. Build: 5 ft 4 in. Athletic build. 129 lbs. Size small fit perfectly.

Wildjoy is a great company and the branding is amazing. I love the message Wildjoy is sending and I can't wait for the company to grow even more!

My favorite shirts are my Wildjoy shirts! I live in my Take a Hike Tee. It is soo soft and has washed really well so far! Excited to add to my collection.
