Hello Amanda,
We're very sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced and for the difficulties reaching us by phone. Being a family-run business, we spend most of our time managing operations in our warehouse, which can occasionally make phone communication challenging.
Apologies for this once again. For quicker and more efficient responses, we encourage customers to contact us via email or our live chat service.
We've dispatched a replacement unit to you today; it should be with you tomorrow.
We have contacted and raised the claim for the first parcel, which has gone missing with DPD.
To avoid any further inconvenience, we also refunded the complete order to prevent any dissatisfaction with our services in the future.
Hope we can solve this issue.
Regards, Simone
