My mutts love the antlers. They get very excited when their subscription box arrives. Really competitively priced and good quality products.

Redeemed themselves
ok, so I made a complaint via email from their website and via my order email but heard nothing back
So I took to the reviews and let my annoyance known
They replied and apologised form not responding, apparently there was an issue with spam mail?
However, as an apology they sent me another order free or charge, so I guess they redeemed themselves and actually tried, so I've changed my review
Here's to hoping they keep up with the good service

I have a subscription with Wild Antler…
I have a subscription with Wild Antler for 2 kg each month and have always been delighted with my dogs small venison sausages, however this months order, received yesterday, the sausage appears to be softer and flexible and not hard and solid, this in turn affects my dogs toilet and raises concerns about whether the sausage has been thru the full cooking process

Svar från wildantler.co.uk
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for being a valued subscription customer. We’re really sorry for the concern this caused. As soon as you contacted us, we sent a replacement straight away. Our venison sausages are fully cooked; however, as they are a natural product, there can occasionally be variations in texture between batches. We appreciate you getting in touch so we could resolve this promptly and are always here if you have any further questions or concerns.

Second purchase - looking for novel protein
Wet food purchased again as both dogs have consistently decided they will eat it - even getting excited.
It has clear lumps of recognisable meat present in the familiar generic wet look so I’m sure that is the attraction.
One will eat the dry food , the other won’t but that wasn’t a surprise.
I needed to identify a novel protein source for one of the dogs and this could be it.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We're delighted to hear that both of your dogs are enjoying the wet food — it’s always lovely to know when tails are wagging at mealtime. 😊 We’re glad the visible meat pieces and texture are a hit, and it’s great to hear this could be a good fit for your dog needing a novel protein source. Thank you for choosing us again and for trusting our food to keep your dogs happy and healthy!

Confusing delivery notification
I have edited this review from a 1 star rating to 4 stars as my goods arrived today in a perfectly frozen condition. I would have given 5 stars but to be honest communication about dispatch and delivery were confusing.
9 september 2025
Svar från wildantler.co.uk
Dear Sandra,
We’re very sorry for the delay and for the concern this has caused. I’ve checked on your order and can confirm it was dispatched on Wednesday at 3pm with our courier. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in fulfilment, it left us later than planned.
As noted in our delivery information, during busy periods dispatch may take an extra day, and while we strive for next-day delivery this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are sent the next working day (Monday–Thursday for raw food).
Your parcel is going to the PH1 area, where deliveries can sometimes take longer than other parts of the UK. Please rest assured it has been securely packed to remain frozen during transit.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused and truly value you as a customer. Regards, Simone
