I won through a bonus I was playing and told I could withdraw after making the minimum deposit based on their deposit page and wager 5x so I followed those instructions given to me by their customer support and then they rejected my withdrawal and told me I had to make another deposit and follow another set of terms after already fulfilling my obligations and they won't cash me out after replying letting them know I was given a different set of terms initially so they need to honor that and complete my withdrawal but they don't reply to that and still won't cash me out. Very disappointing, I also have screenshots of the initial conversation telling me to make minimum deposit to withdraw
