This is an honest, legitimate company that provides full service for customers buying wigs and toppers. I have purchased several wigs, returned one with no problem, and they are my go-to shop. They are located in Alabama and they don't charge me sales tax (Washington state). And Patti is adorable to boot!!

I knew what I was looking for so can’t speak to their customer support. However, they had a good price on the hair topper I was wanting to purchase. You can trust this company. Processed and shipped my hairpiece quickly.

I called more than one time the Customer Service at Patti's Pearls to ask about a certain color, brand, or any advice concerning hair toppers, and always got a helpful and professional answer. They are really nice people.

I have been a long-time loyal customer of Patti’s Pearls for several years, and I have spent good money for the wigs I have purchased. I recently found out that access to my account has been disabled, and after calling I was given some BS about them updating their website. Truth is, their prices have increased significantly and I suspect they don’t want the customers to know just how much they have increased. They are now charging an extra $14 for colors like Palm Springs Blonde, not to mention the price of the wigs such as Amber by Jon Renau has also increased. I never paid extra for that color but the person on the phone tried to tell me I did. How can I prove it when I can’t access my account? This is a very poor way to do business especially with loyal customers. I ordered three pieces from Name Brand Wigs and did not get charged an extra fee for the color. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I received a piece that was less than acceptable. I returned it and received a credit for my purchase. I purchased the same piece again and the replacement was much more satisfactory. Wigs by Patti's Pearls has the best Customer Service assistance you'll ever deal with.
