Helpful and responsive. There was a minor error involving my reference number which affected my ability to review the results Initally.
I do think there could be a better system when it comes to sample kits. In my experience, a kit was ordered for 2 people (child and alleged father) living in 2 different addresses. However, i found that me and the other individual each received multiple sample kits- one for mother, alleged father and child. This was confusing. Also, the forms we each received had multiple sections one for mother, father and child this was confusing especially since the mother was not taking the dna test.

Super easy to use their website. Simple to understand instructions. I called the customer service line and they answered immediately and the lady was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Got the results within 3 days of receiving samples. Thank you so much, you have removed much stress.

Used because of trust pilot reviews….. wont be again sample tests came next day sent bk two days later recorded 1st class was supposed to receive results Wednesday 23rd had a email Tuesday 22nd November day before saying there had been a mess up with courier we will inform you when the test will be done next day next mth who knows no date given there mess up. Also not impressed with the cardboard sample packets to send them off cross contamination can be a thing i think too cheap and too little may have to start a dispute with my bank as this is very unprofessional for me the lass and the alleged boy in question

Quick, Easy and Efficient
We undertook testing as we were very interested in the heritage of our rescue puppy. Once ordered online we received our testing pack efficiently within 3 days. The pack included clear explanations on how to take and return the samples to the lab. Sampling was very easy and no problem for our dog.
We received updates via email at each stage of the process including safe receipt of the samples and that they had been forwarded onto the lab. The results were returned via email much quicker than stated and expected; and were clear and informative: the breeds stated did match how our pup looks and behaves. Would certainly recommend and would use again.

The service we received from WhoztheDaddy was absolutely first class. from start to finish the whole operation went like clockwork. The kit arrived exactly when the company said it would. the instructions for the kit were easy to follow and explained without any jargon. The tests were explained in clear detail and even included a description of the expected results. Nothing could have improved the service and the results were exactly on time just like everything else and the whole experience was just perfect.
