Great customer service actually got a phone call about mix up with order which was took care of immediately and had a nice chat with Micky about fpv. Would highly recommend this store and will be using myself for future purchases.

Found myself in the youtube FPV rabbit hole, so many questions and options when I called and spoke to Mickey who clearly knows his stuff and clarified things for me, reserved a drone for me in the next delivery and pointed me in the right direction to get things he did not stock.

Amazing customer service, whoop store responded super quickly to email support and even went the extra mile of calling to help with some connection and RC binding issues, can’t thank them enough for their help and support.
Also items all arrived very promptly and in good working order.

Ordered from these guys and was delivered to post office within two days. Royal mail/post office lost the order and took no responsibility at all. I emailed Whoop store and they called me and sorted out the problem, very helpful and customer service like no other!
Really nice guys, very helpful with a lot of time for their customers, need more companies like this.
Couldn't recommend Whoop Store enough! They are amazing, will be coming back to them for all my fpv bits from now on 100%.

Good to their word
I ordered an iflight crystal patch antenna for my Dji goggles. They arrived in super quick time but came without the screws to attach them, an essential piece as the plate requires longer screws than the stock ones.
I contacted Whoop Store on a Sunday and didn't expect an answer until Monday. Micky got back to me super quick (on Sunday!!) and promised to send me some replacement screws, which he did, they arrived 2 days later.
Excellent service and true to their word when Micky promised to rectify the situation.

First order and everything was incredibly fast.
I was a bit concerned at the beginning because I didn't see the typical "Order shipped" email, which I got the next day just 30 minutes before actually receiving the package :D
